The world is a mess. It seems that everywhere listeners turn, there's another problem. What is needed now are solutions. If only there was a man who could simplify things, cut through the rhetoric, and fix everything. Then, if he was just able to put all of that insight into something that people could buy...in a store and online...man, that would great. Wait a minute!

    "This Book Is Atrociously BAD!!!"
    Overall

I listen to a lot of books on audible and love this site, but this book is an embarrassment to me as an American and should be to Glenn Beck. Who is this guy? Who died and made him king? I could go on and on with his bogus statistics and ridiculous criticisms but if he calls himself American, I consider him as un-American as they get. He is bombastic, rude, overzealous and just plain high on himself. I wouldn't recommend this book to my worst enemy but I would recommend Glenn Beck to the Taliban - maybe they could judge him like he judges everyone else. How anyone could write anything positive about this book is beyond me!

I had no idea that this book was going to be as good as it was. I had never heard of Kathryn Rusch or any of her books. I did my research on her as an author and didn't find a whole lot either way so I said let me give it a shot. It was a great shot and hit the bullseye. I'm looking forward to reading other books in the series and am glad I spent the wonderful time listening to this very entertaining and enjoyable author. It is done so well it would make a great TV series and I encourage anyone not sure about whether to get this book to do so immediately.

You probably think you know a lot about the human body. The reality is that most of us know very little about this miraculous, scientific, and artistic system of anatomy. When it comes to your longevity and quality of life, understanding your internal systems gives you the power, authority, and ability to live a healthier, younger, and better life.

"ANYONE Concerned About Their Health-A Must Read!"
    Overall

I've listened to both "You On A Diet" and "You The Owner's Manual". Fantastic information and a must read by anyone SERIOUSLY concerned about their health. I've read the reviews of Dr's Roizen and Oz as narrators and they are unfairly criticized for reading their books - I disagree. These books are not intended to be relaxing fiction but indepth understanding of the human body and it's function and WHY it is so important to eat right, exercise, and work at being healthy. No quick fix here, just invaluable important information. Get all their books today and STUDY them!

  • It's Not About the Bike: My Journey Back to Life

People around the world have found inspiration in the story of Lance Armstrong - a world-class athlete nearly struck down in his prime, who fought back to win the world's most grueling test of cycling, the Tour de France. It's Not About the Bike is the amazing story of Armstrong's journey from inauspicious beginnings, through triumph, tragedy, transformation, and transcendence.

    Brenda says: "Inspirational"
"A Remarkable Book about A Remarkable Person"
    Overall

Lance Armstrong is without a doubt one of the most remarkable athletes and persons of our time. It's Not About the Bike provides a brief glimpse into the human being behind this unbelievable story of a real human being. We all need hero's to look up to in our lives and Lance Armstrong certainly fits that category. This book really provides great incites into the Tour de France and cycling and it was a thoroughly entertaining pleasure reading this biography.
