Important News from Audible and Apple for PC iPod Users
Apple has just launched a PC version of their iTunes software. This means that you can use
this software to manage audio on your Apple iPod right on your PC.
Once you install iTunes on your PC, you will no longer be able to use AudibleManager to
transfer audio programs to your iPod. You will still need AudibleManager to download
Audible audio to your PC, but will then need to add your Audible audio into iTunes to transfer
it to your iPod.
We hope you have been enjoying your Audible experience with your iPod. Please note that
this does not affect your Audible account in any way and you will still be able to
enjoy all the same Audible audio programs on your iPod anywhere you go. We are working
with Apple to create a more direct interface between Audible and iTunes in the near future.
Please see below for any questions you may have.
