If you like James Patterson and you like the Michael Bennett character then you will like this book. I personally don't care for the details of the killings and the sound effects, but the story line is a good Patterson tale.
Good story - but the different male voices and the background noise is distracting.
MC and the kids!!
All the background noise was too distracting - just read the story.
Did not read the books.
Michael Bennett - because he's a wealth of all kinds of emotions.
I have no choice if I want to finish the series, but I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY wish they wouldn't change narrators mid-stream like that. Just when you have connected with a character, largely due to the narrator, he's gone. Also, I like using two narrators or more, when one is a woman.
I'm not creative enough for that, sorry.
Yes, please..... the same narrator should be used if the book is a series. If it were not for the fact that I was already 5 books into this, I would not have given a new narrator a chance. This Danny whoever is okay, but no where near as great as Bobby Cannavale who absolutely fit the character of Michael Bennett so much better.
I read this book awhile ago. I enjoyed it immensely then. Earlier this afternoon I was looking for something to fill the void the end of another great read (Abducted by T. R. Ragan) left without purchasing additional credits. I randomly selected Gone thinking an hour of listening would suffice. 7 plus hours later and I'm as rivoted as I was the first time!
Please get Bobby Cannavalle back!!! This Danny guy is awful!!! Made not want to listen anymore!!!!
Narration was awful. Accents were not realistic. Inflection was poor.
