Anybody can simply read words on a page and try to add character voices, but Tell 'Em Steve Dave went well past that providing insight and commentary into some classic fairy tales. You won't get just the "what" here, you'll get hilarious opinions on the "why".
Theres not many audiobooks that comment on their own character performances and stop to have conversations during the stories. That alone makes this unique. It's definitely one of the funniest
I've listened to hundreds of hours of podcasts by them so why not?
Since there is no print version, this is not applicable.
I like the way the conversations about explore the scenarios in the stories with an eye toward comparing the events to real life. This leads to big laughs.
The narrators, or the TESD Players in this case, compare and contrast real life to life as lived under the rules of the world in which the stories take place. Lots of funny observations from the TESD crew.
With my grandchildren.
I imagined myself into the story, and quite frankly, I think I spoilt it. I'm obviously not to everyone's taste.
They were a little blue, and liked to talk about bodily functions. They reminded me of my Nanna.
I will email them in when I think of something witty.
All is right in the world when fairy tales become vulgar, and Sunday Jeff is contracted to be a voice talent. I'm sure a majority have no idea what I'm talking about. Buy the book, and find out.
Yes. Sunday Jeff.
Sunday Jeff. Duh.
Yes, I have listened to them all. This includes all bonus pods, overkill eps., and I even got in on a little booty time/glory hole now and then. This holds up to everything the boys have done, and this summer especially they seem to be topping themselves every week(except when Q storms out, or Bry calls in 'sick'. Just kidding Bry I love you!!). If you are a first time listener, this audio book really shows what these guys are all about. If you are a tried and true member of the TESDARMY you will love this just like you love everything else they shill. THEY DON'T EVER ASK THE AUDIENCE FOR ANYTHING JUST SHOW SOME DAMN LOVE!
I laughed, I cried, Sunday Jeff voice nuzzled me softly, hay was made.
A masterpiece of literature.
All of them.
Sunday Jeff is a master orator.
I couldn't stop laughing through the entire book.
