Yes as the print version is non existent and would not contain Sunday Jeff's dulcet tones this is by far the best option out there.
Rumpelstiltskin. Homeboy had moves. He literally ripped himself in half. HALF!
Rumpelstiltskin. Walter's WHAAAAAAAT?!?!?!? outacted all those other chumps at AMC. He made it seem that he was interested comic charades. Walter White who? Pinkman what? Boys got moves.
It made me laugh out loud
I would be OK living in a world where there gentlemen where in positions of major political authority, Tell 'Em Steve Dave '08.
Both are superior pieces of their respective mediums, but this audio book kicks ass.
Sunday Jeff's performance.
Q's frequent disbelief on how royalty behaved in the folk tales.
Yes, and I did.
F@#*ing hilarious. BOOM!
The retelling of "The Myrtle." Pure TESD delightfulness.
The narrators are the experience.
The fact that Q was given all the female parts to read.
A must for any TESD fan. I feel anyone who enjoys the podcast format would enjoy this as well.
Incredibly funny interpretation of classic fairy tales.
Sunday Jeff cos he be fluttering....
Yes, every week unless someone's sick, depressed, cruising or impractical joking...
Yes, it's the only way!
A brilliant idea from Walt brought to the fans in true TESD fashion - they never ask us for anything....
Never before have i'be been more entertained by fairy tales!
Bry: "with the heart of a negro!"
Classic Steve Dave!
Q as “the miller” … “He was just talking S*!T to the King!”
Walt as any character.
They wonder about elements of the story … as we all do … and share their opinions and ideas in their usual funny style. I hope there are more to come.
Bryan Johnson, Brian Quinn and Walt Flanagan with special guest Sunday Jeff, classic Tell 'em Steve-Dave! Funny as always, a great listen.
How could you possibly compare, one of a kind in the best possible way.
Laughed out loud !!!
Sunday Jeff baby!
no other book, its in a class of its own.
Tell em steve dave!
I loved the classic TESD banter between Bry, Walt, Q, and Sunday Jeff! Walt's evil voice as Rumplestillskin is laugh out loud funny. Bry as the narrator is just sharp as a blade with his witty sarcasm. Q is well, from Staten Island, so Rumpletilkin eh? HO!
WHO TOLD YOU THAT?! Walt's HULK moment while reading as Rumplestillskin. Plus all the talk about kings raping and marrying and killing their brides to be haha
My favorite scene would be Walt's lines as Rumpestillskin, Q's fluke of certain words, and Bry's maniacal laugh emulating Rumplestilskin haha
This book made me want to spit my water out I was laughing so hard. Must've had it on repeat at work multiple times. Great stuff!
I'd like to know when the guys are doing an all OVERKILL scary stories type audio book! TELL EM STEVE DAVE!
I found this very entertaining. I would say this is better then buying the book especially if your familair with their Smodcast it fuctions just the same :)
Not a book but Smodcast.
If your familiar with their show then this will be right up your alley.
It made me laugh and i learned a little more about fairy tales i never knew.
If your a fan of Comic Book Men or and their Smodcast channel then this will not disappoint.
