classic reacher. .... Love the story. ... especially the part in Los Angeles. My only complaint is that Dick Hill is sounding really old and tired. ... his voice no longer does it for me. warbles, lacks vitality no matter how much he punctuates this or that syllable....This was challenging to listen to. ...
I've seen Reacher across the nation. He never settles down; he's made a few changes. I just keep listening. He doesn't own anything except a toothbrush and that house many books back he didn't say he disposed of. He's a bad driver, and he's taller than Tom Cruise!
This audio book was weak. The story was contrived and riddled with repeated dialogue as if that lended a sense of style to the cliched patter. Dick Hill's narration was chock full of annoying stops and starts which sounded like he was mocking the writing instead of embellishing it. Yuck.
Probably not. I remember it and it was good to hear.
Most Reacher books.
Allows me to listen as a drive and do other things.
I liked his interaction with the woman. A female presence helps humanize Reacher.
The story was so convoluted and unbelievable. Characters were hard to follow and not believable.
had a better story
very disappointed. I have been a Jack Reacher fan but this will end that.
I have had difficulty finding great mysteries lately and may let my Audible subscription go.
