Though it started out just a little slow I adored this book. The narrator is brilliant and Liane Moriarty once again manages to once again allow me a wonderful world of escape along with an intriguing world of self evaluation. Her books always manage to resonate with me in an amazing way.
English teacher nerd, love books with character depth and a good plot, and enjoy almost any genre.
Cute and typical chick literature. Just a little unrealistic and forced. Great idea just not executed well. Bitterness is an over riding theme but devastation is an element that isn't well developed.
The story was incredible. Well written, relatable, the narrator was perfect. I thought this was a really great intertwining story that had been meticulously fitted together. There were great moments that were so relatable and is a story that makes us question our deeply held morals in light of circumstance.
I kept waiting for something to happen. There were several separate stories going on, and I figured it was going to be all brought together at some grand point, and it was; but I was left thinking "that's it?"
