Love Romantic Erotica with a twist , thrill, suspense and a great story !
This story was intense. I had a hard time getting past the age thing in the beginning, when she was so young, however towards the end and in the second book it didn't seem to matter as much. Frankie - wow , really crazy ........however disturbing, the lanquage, the sex, the raw intense times , I really loved it ! The narrator is AWESOME !! Love her voices. Can;t wait to keep reading.
I do like the reader. I would be willing to give the author one more shot.
She is good at separating the characters. Listened to this book because she did a good job on the driven series
HATE spoilers! Enjoy HOT, sexy books. No vampires, paranormal, teens 4 me. Running out this type Audible-so on2 lighter romance/mystery :-(
This was on sale & I was on the fence but bought the book because of the narrator. (Tatiana Sokolov is excellent)
I listened and tried to like the book, but the characters were unlikeable-just awful. I can understand and sympathize with flawed, broken, damaged characters but the author really gave nothing about them for me to like.
Warning: This is not a typical, sappy love story. This is an all-consuming, soul-crushing, tear-your-heart-into-pieces story. It's intense, gritty and raw, dark and disturbing, and it doesn't happen overnight. This is an epic love story that knows no boundaries and has no time limits. It grows and develops - with hurt, sacrifice, and heartache - over the span of a lifetime.
Eva Fox is the princess of the Silver Demons Motorcycle Club. Growing up with the bikers in the club, this is the only lifestyle she knows. When she's a young girl, Eva meets the reason for her existence. Deuce West is the sexy biker bad-ass of the Hell's Horsemen Motorcycle Club. Like Eva, he was born and raised in the club - but that's where the similarities end. Their first meeting is innocent, but as Eva matures into a woman, their chance reunions evolve into a fit of lust and love. Fate continues to bring them together time and time again, but their twisted journey is filled with pain, betrayal, and bloodshed that could tear them apart. Eva sees in Deuce what he cannot see in himself - a man worthy of love - and Eva spends her lifetime proving to him that her undeniable love is the one thing he can't live without.
This is Eva and Deuce's story.
Yes, yes, yes. She is fantastic! A 5* performer. The subject matter of this book was the only thing lacking.
A redeeming quality in a character - they were as horrible to one another as they were to their enemies.
Strong language and intimate scenes.

Eva and Deuce...*sigh*
She was alright - not my fav and not who I would have chosen for Eva, but she did alright.
True Love isn't glamorous or pretty or perfect...it's raw, real and UnDeniable.
Fan-freaking-tastic story...must read/listen to - hands down one of my favorite books and series.
i love this story because the characters and the settings match the environment. the characters start of as friends and as they grow so do their feelings. Loving a biker is hard and the author stays true to nature loving them. Duece is a pain in the a@#$ and doesn't deserve Eva Fox. The huge age difference doesn't bother me because the author does a wonderful job of making it irrelevant (Duece a bit of a neanderthal and making Eva mature). Well worth your money. This is a biker novel expect blood, bad language and all you expect from a mc club. With that in mind it worth every penny/credit.
Wow oh Wow
Eva and Frankie's last seen.
This book has it all, it is very raw and not for everyone. But I loved and hated it!!
The best way to read.
Yes, I plan to in case I missed anything. This story is real and not watered down or filtered. Real people, real problems without apology. I can't remember the last time I read a book this good.
Ripper and Cox. Young and full of enthusiasm for the club life (and all of its offerings) in an atmosphere of older, worn down and cynical club members. That and their "relationship" with Cami.
I can't choose a favorite scene, but do recall many memorable scenes. Most of which have to do with Duece and his more inconsiderate/callous moments.
Some things in the book were a bit shocking, but overall it was just reality. This is not a "male hero" and "damsel in distress" type of book. It is raw and refreshing. I did feel like Mia should just rid herself of all males in her life, but then she picks up and moves on.
This is a book with many emotional facets and it does not romanticize the motorcycle club lifestyle. This is a great read for those who enjoy real stories about real people, real choices, and real consequences. This book is totally worth it.
yes, because it was like a Danielle Steele book on steroids and without the extra length. The length was just fine. Time and events were explained to keep me wanting more. And more I got til the end.
I mean, there was some jacked up people in this book, but Sheehan made the characters so u had sympathy for them but u also wanted some of them gone. Frankie being number one on that list. He was a psychopath. I knew why he was the way he was, but he just had to go. He was running himself in to the grave. So did Chase.
Deuce and Eva were screwed up too. Deuce was over protective and jealous of Eva, but he loved her. Eva was head over heals in love with Deuce but was afraid to stick around for hard times. They both had some growing to do.
And let's not forget the side characters. I liked just about all of them. Especially Deuces older kids. They were sweet.
I can't wait to continue this series. I recommend it to readers who like raw, intense sensual novels that keep u wanting more.
The characters were well developed and all necessary. if i had to pick one it would be Eva. she endured the most in my opinion.
i'd have to say it was when Eva took Frankie's life. it was very emotional and intense.
raw, intense sensual film that keeps u wanting more
Nurse, mom, loved to read....but now I love to listen. When I retire I hope to hear waves crashing in 1 ear and audible in the other!
I don't know what it was about this book because it had some bad sh*!, but I loved it. I tried to give it less than 5 stars but could not. I had to force myself to stop listening so I could at least get 4 hours of sleep. #2 and #3 in the wish list.....need I say more!
Yes, but not to the faint of heart. Meaty tale that is somewhat realistic in it's harsh reality.
Love her as a narrator, she's great at inserting emotion. Good male voices as well.
