Sr Exec-High travel & no time to read. Love UF PNR with strong character develpoment & supernaturals living among us. own nearly 900 titles
I don't usually go for Maya Banks. Her damsel in distress formula gets boring fast. This story was intriguing because of the fantasy element of loving more than one person intertwined with the challenge of sharing someone. It was never boring and very creative. However not to explain how this arrangement originated for the Colters several generations back and not to address any issues of jealousy in the relationship reduced it to porn. It could have been so much more. There are Good element of straight talk among the brothers which made it more palatable. In the end, who wouldn't want to live carefree with hunky men meeting your every need.
Yes, although it is a little sexy and full of forbidden sex, it is a good love story
Three to One
HE SOUNDED VERY CORNY
THE STORY LINE WAS AWFUL, THE STORY SEEMED LIKE SOME YOUNG GIRLS FANTASY DREAM- COMPLETELY UNREALISTIC AND CORNY
The seductive sex in bed and the Colter men.
Adam of course.
The first sexual adventure they all shared together.
Im reading the whole series. Cant get enough.
the characters are interesting and their descriptions hot
I don't usually like male voice but this one made the story believable considering there are more males than female sin this steamy menage plus 1
couldn't put it down, way to blush at work
great first menage book if you ar not sure its your thing
Reading is a must-have ESCAPE...
As a fan of other work by Banks, this one left me wanting. It was not the salaciousness that turned me off, but the story line that left me wanting. Though the sex always plays a pivotal role in her stories, Colter's Legacy was just not plausible. The characters didn’t have much depth either which is unusual for Banks. I had a difficult time getting through it.
Bates did a fine job narrating. Definitely not my favorite.
Say something about yourself!
Pretty high up but that might be because I love the written version a lot

Yes. It's a great fantasy. One woman with three men who dote on her, protect her and rock her world. I read another review that scoffed at how quickly the relationship fell into place, but I look at it as a modern fairytale. Sometimes a person just needs an escape and this book provides it. I gave it four stars because I would have liked more background on the men's family dynamics through the generations. Hoping that's coming in subsequent books. Or maybe that would have detracted from the fantasy. Bottom line is I'd definitely recommend this one as a good escape from reality . . . and the hot sex sure doesn't hurt!
I have really enjoyed other books by Maya Banks, so I thought this one might have promise, but after listening to the dialog leading up to the first love scene I was rolling my eyes time after time. The men were supposed to be so hot and sexy but to me they came across as some strange to-caring freaks with muscles. Then during the first sex scene which was a 4some my mind started drifting to all house chores I had to do that day. I like a book with steamy love scenes but part of that is the build up to them and the author making you feel the excitement of the characters. This just didn't do that. To be fair I couldn't stomach the dialog and since the sex was anything to look forward to I stopped after that first sex scene, so as others said the story might be better towards the end.
