Jonathan Maberry & Ray Porter a dynamic duo, makes for great experience especially for Joe's personality
No only cause I don't do books more than once ever but it is an awesome episode of Joe Ledger.

Joe Ledger - always Ray Porter is INCREDIBLE actor for this series. I love him.
Friend, Foe or Alien?!
The bad guys in this segment were rather weak. They weren't the lease bit intimidating. But as usual Ledger kicked some serious butt. I mean how can you not like him, Mr church, and echo team. Definitely worth the time and credit but it's no "patient zero" or "dragon factory" by any means.
This was another great ledger novel. At first the aliens and men in black almost made me give up on the series. After vampires, zombies, and mutants I started to think that's enough. I bought it so I kept going.
As usual Ray Porter is phenomenal. My brother got in my truck while it was playing and was amazed at how good the narration was. He couldn't believe that one guy was doing all of the voices. I actually get so lost in the stories I tend to forget that. He doesn't usually listen to audiobooks and I think this short exposure may have gotten him hooked.
The story doesn't have as many action sequences as those in the past, but the ones they had were great. The story was pretty good, I am not really a huge UFO sci fi guy, but the way he backs up the story with all of these facts got me pretty interested in the subject and made me turn on the new X files when I got home.
His story formula is very familiar to his past ledger novels. It's kind of like watching law and order, familiar but addicting.
If you enjoy Ledger, but it, you won't be disappointed.
Joe's humor and sarcasm, action, mystery and the supporting characters make this story a good listen.
I would have liked more dialogue with the characters from Patient Zero.
I liked how Church told Joe at the end that the "women" is part of them now, to be protected.
Probably a movie Gerard Butler if he is not too old and is fit enough for the action parts, would be good with the sarcasm and humor.
If a movie is made, it should be Patient Zero. That is the best Joe Ledger so far.
