For people looking for "dudebro" logic and senseless ideals. Go find a book that has grown up moral value. You know- Work hard, have integrity, do things right the first time.
Based their ideas on solid core values and logic. The authors tell the audience that they are upset and frustrated with main stream lies that are not backed by science. That was the most hypocritical thing I've ever heard.
excellent book for those who are looking for not only motivation and inspiration, but new and fresh perspective on body building.
It's mostly good, so I'll start with the bad: i) Too much cursing for cursing's sake ii) I would have liked a bit more of a focus on the workout, without it being so reliant upon the PDF iii) The narrative around the psychological and physiological steps suggested worked for me, though is at times self-indulgent and on occasions, dilutes the overall message iv) a charted single sheet version of each workout would have been a big help in addition to the comprehensive diagram-centric 10+ pages. Good: i) Accessible intro to intermittent fasting ii) Bro science explained well with real, accessible science iii) refreshing focus on hormonal function iv) Lifestyle tips you didn't know you needed v) Comprehensive, adaptive workout with diagrams vi) workout coupled with comprehensive, easy to manipulate diet.
I'll be testing the advice out in more detail, I'm one day in, but as a personal trainer, this book gets a solid four stars upon one read.
the audio doesn't describe the full workout or diet because they theres a pdf that comes with this audio ...HOWEVER THERES NO WAY TO RETRIEVE IT OR COMMUNICATEWITH ANYONE to get it...I think I found the program online and like it but am frustrated with how much work I had to do to get the program on my own
So I was very skeptical going in but after a year of having thyroid, pituitary, testosterone hormone problems I was searching for a natural approach to what the hell was going on in my body.
