It's mostly good, so I'll start with the bad: i) Too much cursing for cursing's sake ii) I would have liked a bit more of a focus on the workout, without it being so reliant upon the PDF iii) The narrative around the psychological and physiological steps suggested worked for me, though is at times self-indulgent and on occasions, dilutes the overall message iv) a charted single sheet version of each workout would have been a big help in addition to the comprehensive diagram-centric 10+ pages. Good: i) Accessible intro to intermittent fasting ii) Bro science explained well with real, accessible science iii) refreshing focus on hormonal function iv) Lifestyle tips you didn't know you needed v) Comprehensive, adaptive workout with diagrams vi) workout coupled with comprehensive, easy to manipulate diet.
I'll be testing the advice out in more detail, I'm one day in, but as a personal trainer, this book gets a solid four stars upon one read.

So I was very skeptical going in but after a year of having thyroid, pituitary, testosterone hormone problems I was searching for a natural approach to what the hell was going on in my body. I do endurance sports and have had ups and downs in last season with recovery and energy problems. Went to Dr's and got nowhere except money out and year of tests that don't work on healthy individuals but are designed for sick people. Yes look into it, thyroid medicine is now one of the most prescribed med out there. This book will explain in very simple terms how to fix things.
IT WORKED FAST! Saw results very fast and just followed the program. Dont try to change it, just do the food and exercise like it says.

Give this a try if you are questioning modern medicine or needing a change in your life. I was needing a easy and successful approach to my existing triathlon training. This has shaved 6% bodyfat and 15 Lbs in 6 weeks. I used it as a preseason launching pad instead of my normal base training routine. My cardio is down but I feel crazy ready for building on this strength and weight loss. If you have read Ben Greenfields stuff you will love this because its filtered down and more direct. Not just random things to do but an exact road map. Follow the PDF guide.

Not exactly time well spent, while some inspiring anecdotes are thrown around this isn't exactly groundbreaking advice, and seems to gravitate more towards cliche than anything.
I got a physical book so I would get the photos of the exercises and the diet, but you dont need it, you can find all on the web page of the authors - just google it!The audio is encouraging, from the first minute you listen to it - just cold truth that stimulates a real man inside every one of us!
I give it to my friends to listen to it, or I talk about it myself - it is very logical after you listen to it once!
You dont need to commit 100% to see FANTASTIC results! I never got any supplements, spent exactly 0 EUR on this! Just adjusting your eating habits and the fasting is fantastic!! I try to eat 8 hours out of 24, which I can maintain for 3-4 days a week, other days I get a healthy snack which is not really by the book but I am so proud and happy that I just explode in the morning - full of energy and testosterone!
My mind is clearer, I enjoy life like never before! THANK YOU!

Loved the advice and story, took about two hours before any good information got given however, it was well supported in facts and studies. Just with audible would have given me the PDF also. No idea what all I'm missing.
Can't wait to get started with my transformation. The content was presented very well. I understood the context and all the analogies. Gonna give it another time around to keep it fresh in my mind. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a change. it has helped me and I've not finished phase 1 yet.
