Mr.B is so sweet and dangerous.
Narration okay as a woman not great as a man lead however this book should of been narrated by a man I think or both. I wish they would redo it.
Blush, laugh and the narrator made me feel their turmoil.
Loved the book. Can't wait to listen to it over and over again.
Audiobooks are relaxing and 'food for the soul'.
I would definitely listen to it again. Once I got past trying to determine if the narrator was speaking in a male or female character voice, I found the story very entertaining.
How their love for one another cemented during the business trip.
The narrator's attempt at the lead male character's voice was extremely distracting. Sometimes, it was difficult to determine who was indeed speaking. Towards the end of the book, I guess I became accustomed to it.
I like the way an unorthodox office romance turns into something "real" as the book progresses.
This is one of my top 5
The attitude of the characters
Chloe was strong willed but still down to earth
I giggled a few times......... The things that came out of Chloe's mouth were the same things I would have said!
Awesome listen....... I usually only listen while working, but I found myself listening while at home too!
I love being swept away by a new romance and thankfully Audible's ever growing Library means I get to indulge myself over and over again
Loved this listen as Chloe and Bennett's off the charts sizzling attraction for one-another, and their love/hate relationship, went from cool to hot hot hot very quickly with amusing and very entertaining results.
Enjoyed every minute of this passion filled love story and I'm only sorry it's taken me a year to discover this talented author but now I have I'll certainly be downloading the rest of the books in this captivating series that's descriptive, amusing, compelling and, of course, HHHHOT.
Worth a credit? Yes and I'll be using more to find out what's happening next.
I have his book in all formats & just read it again. I've read all their books & love all of them. But this one will always be very special to me.
Sales career / married 40 years with 5 grands, I like wholesome romance or mystery type books. I also enjoy self help or motivational books
The name should have been a clue. Could have been better if not quite so much constant stream of bad words and descriptions
I might be a little, over the top, but when I am searching for a new book or series, as I prefer, to listen to, I actually do reaearch. I search different Web sites, read both amature and professional reviews and deliberate. This series came up on several independent articles, so I bought book one. Maybe there are readers/listeners that prefer short, concise stories where the story is comfortably predictable; but I do not.
This story was touted as one of the most popular erotica novels, of recent years. It was supposed to be a deep romance, but I disagree. It contained some erotica and romance but deep, it was not.
Maybe authors like Kristen Ashley, Diana Gabledon and Jodi Malpus have ruined me, but this novel is too short and the characters are seriously underdeveloped. It is somewhat entertaining and I find I want to know Max and Sarah's story (the next novel in the series) but I know the novel will leave me wanting.
I guess what I am trying to say is that if I were to make one statement about, "Beautiful Bastard" and the follow up novella, "Beautiful Bitch", combined, it would be that they are a good outline for a potentially powerful novel.

uggg WHY do these books go soooo sloooww till the last 20 minutes and then get decent only to end???!!!! I want to know what happens & feel like maybe the 2nd book will hopefully be better. But I'm not sure I care enough to start it immediately :/ ALSO ....this audio could've had a MALE read the male parts
This was a good story. There was a lot of sex which I felt was good and bad. This sex was, yes, hit. However, I felt at times the author over did it. She should have invested more time in building the relationship between the two characters. I also felt it was weird that Chloe and Bennett called each other Ms. Mills and Mr. Ryan after they had been having sex for a while. They even thought of each other as Mr. Ryan & Ms. Mills most of the story. I felt like that took away from the building of their relationship. Why did they fall in love? Was it sex or respect for each other? I almost, as I write this review, want to change my rating to 3 stars because the writer spend a lot of time on them having sex when it seemed as a couple they could have been a powerhouse in business and as lovers. I wanted to see what Henry pointed out that they were just alike. Could they have worked on an account together that the reader saw which could help build their relationship and she how powerful they could be in love and business?
