This is such important information. It is written in many places on blogs and podcasts and it is still treated as rare and unusual information.
The research is here, the information to save your own life is here, please read this.
The narrator is good also, considering the subject matter, he kept it interesting.
Thank you for writing this book.
Tell us about yourself! An Audible member since 2006 and a voracious reader always.
I will listen to it again because of all the helpful information offered.
I don't usually read this type of book, but due to high cholesterol problem, I decided to delve into this one. It was written with down-to-earth explanations which my doctor had neither the time or desire to go over with me. It also gave me other alternatives to statin drugs, which I immediately put to use and seem to be working like a charm.
I enjoyed Wilson's performance very much as he has a clear and smooth voice. He was an excellent choice for this material.
I did....so interesting and easy to understand. I could not put it down.
Very grateful that this book was in the Audible Library.
Data driven analysis is good but it contradicts current medical profession arguments about cholesterol hazards.
Lots of controversial ideas
I enjoy reading about both sides of an issue and this is definitely not the mainstream view
assuming their the same... it's a great piece of work - read or listened to.
realizing the actual role and importance of cholesterol and, therefore, the absurdity of the misconception.
exposing the real criminal (sugar)
the overall experience was moving
extremely informative, well written... just get it.
Yes, everyone. There is a lot of misinformation in conventional knowledge on saturated fat and cholesterol and the authors of this book thoroughly clear away all the misconceptions and skewed statistics on the subject.
I love the procedural history.
Fat Chance - all of these books support the premise that we are chasing the wrong tail in our fight for health.
Too long for that. But it did make for a great car ride!
An easy to understand book that I did not want to stop listening to. Keep a note book and pen near by because you will want to write down some of things you hear. You might want to buy the hard copy to give to your doctor to read.
I am thankful that someone took time to put all this info in one place. it was great listening to, but I will be buying the book for reference material.
I love Audible. I think Mario Martinez's Audiobook "Mind-Body Code" is my overall favorite so far.
For anyone interested in good health this book nails it. If you are in a rush the last two chapters have the useful information that you can immediately integrate into your life.
