Absolutely wonderfully written and the two narrators entwine the listener within the mystery of Eden and the AWESOME conclusion which made me vocalize my "aahhhaaa"! I love the emulsion of romance with mystery. I highly recommend this novel!
If you like Catherine Coulter you can do what I did and make yourself listen to it. I am a big fan of hers and I am pushing myself to get through it. Its very predictable and I feel that the story needed more behind it.
Not sure yet
Her father, her sister, stupid professor. After what happened to her in the beginning that could have led to a good romance with her adorable body guard, then onto a good suspense thriller. Instead it is dragging
Lindsay should not have been such a wuss and the story is so unbelievable! Such a coward would be agoraphobic not modeling!
I'm listening to "one for the money"
Both disappointment and disbelief that Coulter wrote this! It wasn't up to her usual romantic thrillers! I can't believe the person who wrote the FBI thrillers wrote this book!
I don't recommend listening to this book.
I usually enjoy performances that have multiple narrators because you get men narrating men and women narrating women but this was like a bad soap opera narration.
I think I would as long as it was narrated by these narrators.
It had potential. The plot had potential but it was like a cheap B rated soap opera in the beginning. It did get better about half way through. I think it had more to do with the narration than anything. I have read other book by this other and I don't remember getting this feeling about them.
Female narrarator sounds like she has a marble in her mouth or needs to blow her nose or something.... drove me crazy!
Story was o.k. just went on for hours and hours without any exciting turns until the last two hours.
This was a good story. Enjoyed the way the author wove the story back to something that happened a good many years ago and they meet. I always enjoy Renee Rudman's narrating--She adds an acting ability. Would have given the performance a 5, however, Paul Costanzo has a good voice, but is "boring".
I really had no idea of what "BEYOND EDEN" was about, but I could hardly wait to get to the "what happens next" scenes. Listening, I could close my eyes and imagine all the action taking place. It was suspenseful to the end and I enjoyed the way the story ended.
