this is a great book for those who like to lust after band member...so very sexy was Brian!!! magical hands on guitar and women!!!
next one's should be as good!
Love Romantic Erotica with a twist , thrill, suspense and a great story !
Absolutely !! One of my favorites.
The Trey / Bryan / Myrna connection.....yea !!!!
GREAT!!! Loved all of her voices , made each member of the band believable and real. She had them down to the "T" ! Loved Myrna's voice too, so sexy , smooth, soultry.
Just a really great connection between Myrna and the band, and the love between her and Bryan , and their many different styles ! Just loved it ! Can't wait to get into Book 2.
Make no mistake between my personality and my attitude. My personality is who I am, my attitude depends on who you are.........
After reading on Goodreads what a fabulous series this was, I couldn't believe that it was finally added!! The narrator was incredible and I loved the characters and story! I would have given it 5 stars, but didn't like some of the turns the story took.....just personal preference.
I will be downloading in anticipation the next book.......lets not let it be too long!!!
Sassy dialogue, humor, and a great reader are important to me.
whoa, yes as it is great to hear all the guys interact
all the guys are oh so sexy. Eric is just plain funny with all his actions; banging his head on the table from room service, you will laugh your head off. Trace has got Brian's six.
Her males voice are pretty darn good. I was not going to buy the other stories until I finished one book! Nope, I got hooked after chapter 4 and purchased all of them!
Make no mistake, these are erotica and romance. These are not tame. Nice job of bring in the music world. Not sure how accurate, but nice job of mixing romance and a story.
I really enjoyed his audible book!!!
The narrator was on point with her voice changes for the guys.
Sounds & excitement during the passionate scenes were HOT!!
I am in love with Master Sinclair!
All the guys are great!
Good story line.
I'll take a hefty dose of smut when I'm in a bad mood and this was exactly that. If you are looking for depth this might not be your read, but if you are looking to listen to a book to keep you entertained and make you blush then jump on board with this one.
It brought the book up a notch. I had read the ebook before I purchased the audio version.
Brian. Because he was searching for the real thing. He finally found it in Myrna.
The song, Tangled Up in You by Staind came to mind with the scene of Brian and Myrna making love in his bunk. Not the universal bedroom. The scene was more intimate in his bunk with the curtain drawn.
No. I did not want it to end.
Loved the different characters that made up this series
I love a good romance. I love a good erotic romance. I love a good, steamy sex scene. I love it when a book has several good, steamy sex scenes.
I feel like I need to get that out there off the bat so no one thinks I'm a prude. I'm not a prude.
But this "story" is just...bad. Or, at least, it's not well developed. It's one sex scene after another, with very little in between to connect the characters and give them life. The sex could have been really hot, if there had been any discernible connection between the two main characters, but there isn't. They meet in a hotel bar, he goes to the bathroom to puke because he's drunk, and then they're all over each other in her hotel room (and he never even brushes his teeth first, which is just eww), even though they've barely said 3 words to each other. Yes, the reader is told that he's hot, and they have great chemistry, but none of the action or dialogue supports that until BOOM, he's kissing her. What little dialogue there is doesn't advance the plot (is there even a plot?), There is some internal dialogue and a little bit of description, which is not my favorite method for plot advancement. I'd rather feel the chemistry between two people through their dialogue than just to be told, "their chemistry was incredible". The lack of connection made both of them feel very one dimensional.
The heroine is a professor of human sexuality, yet she keeps having flashbacks of her ex husband calling her a whore for being adventurous in the bedroom. I'd think someone with a degree (doctorate?) in sexuality would have already dealt with those sorts of issues.
The narrator could be okay in another book, but in this one, she's just too slow and...mature sounding, for lack of a better word. Yes, the heroine is 35, but the narrator makes her sound 50. Speaking slowly and clearly is a good thing, but this narrator takes it to the extreme, speaking too slowly, with really long pauses between every thought. I appreciate the attempt at inflection, but taking a long pause at every single comma just makes it drag on and on.
Obviously, a lot of people disagree with me, so maybe I'm just picky. I love romance, but I also require good writing, a solid plot, and three-dimensional characters to really enjoy a book. I generally enjoy the "rock star romance" genre, and I consumed the "Stage Dive" series in a matter of a couple of days because I couldn't stop listening. This particular book, though, just didn't do it for me. Especially when paired with this particular narrator.
I you like uninhibited down and dirty sex, this might be a book for you. I found it to be over the top even though I generally like erotica. I guess it might not be too much of a stretch for the life of a rock star, but it is very raw.
