Little bit crazy but prefer the term eccentric. I am a recluse by nature so I live for my books and the friends I find within their pages.
I enjoyed the series but felt it lost something as it progressed instead of growing with each book. The first one was good, I loved the concept and the B & B, it really hooked me but the next 2 not so much. I enjoy Nora Roberts stories but will always compare each new series to my favourite, The Three Sisters Trilogy, and nothing has come close in my opinion. This story is a little slow and a bit boring in places but the narration helped to make it more interesting.
a perfect '10"
When the family realizes who Billy is
Itis a a toss up between When Lizzie locks then in the penthouse or when will Billy finds Lizzie
My heart filled with warm and joy..
I listened to this book a 2nd time immediatlyy..
The whole story but especially the historical connection
the Antietam dream
Have the book, both hard and on kindle, but you do tend to skim sometimes so audio is wonderful
Probably not - was easy to listen to and i really enjoyed it but don't like listening to or read books twice.
Lizzy locking them in the bedroom
Love the voice very easy to listen too and add so much more with the different expressions etc
At the very top
When Billy and Lizzie were re-united.
Too many to pick just one.
I loved that this is an actual town and inn and what Nora Roberts did to re-store the inn and build a wonderful story around it.
I liked the relationship between rider & hope in this last book of the series the best. The conclusion to the ghost story was also very touching. Overall the series was OK not my favorite.
A busy Mum and Accountant. Listen to books while driving to work or sunbathing is my guilty pleasure.
MacLeod is a great narrator and will choose a book if I knew if he was reading. I think I would buy another Nora Roberts books, although I found this one was predictable I still enjoyed the story. I may rethink buying trilogies. I've re-listened too the first two books three times now, I'm not sure if I'll be rushing into re-listening this one.
I would like to heard about Hope's wedding as well. Open with Avery's and finish with Hope's wedding, it only seems fair.
Nothing to change.
Yes, a TV series could work really well.
I love the people of the Inn Boonsboro. The guys are wonderful personalities and the women are warm and lovable. This trilogy is better than 5 stars.
I was disappointed when this last book ended. I wanted to know even more about them.
Give me water to swim and surf in. That with a glass of white wine and the sun. That's heaven.
The Perfect Hope is in the top 2 or 3 books that I've listened to so far
When the ghost told Hope "Good riddence" was one of the most most memorable moments in the story.
When it was discovered that Ellie's love was in the direct linage of Ryder's family.
