Love the story intense and witty at the same time. John is a love to hate crazy.
Sad but true as the story line is in keeping with our past and current Islamic terrorist faction situation.
Never ending strife. Hope for peace.
The main character John Corey is back.
John Corey - if you've read some of DeMille's other work and liked it you'll def like this book.
Listening to a book is always time well spent, this one just wan't as well spent as some of the other John Corey books from DeMille.
Although it wasn't one of the better DeMille books I've listened to, it was still a lot more entertaining than many other authors and I will continue to listen to DeMille's future titles.
Scott Brick is simply one of the best. His accents are great, he manages to convey the emotions of the characters but it is the way he masters the rhythm of the different voices that separates him from other good performers.
Probably would not but then I'm not a big movie goer.
Absolutely. The Panther has the same plot thread as DeMilles'other John Cory stories but the sarcasim is all new.
The plot isn't the best part of the book. It is being in the head of John Cory and participating in his sarcastic view of the situation. Although, the plot is well thought out and detailed.
Outstanding!!!!! Scott Brick captures the characters perfectly and paints a picture in your mind.
Probaably when Cory el al decide there has been enough killing. An unusual soft side of Cory.
Read it!!!! Enjoy!!!
Scott Brick narrative brings this story to life.
Scott Brick is one of the best readers in the business.
This thriller was a very interesting listen. While it was a bit unrealistic in many areas thus requiring the listener to suspend logic, it did hold my interest from beginning to end.
intrigue exciting funny
Yes always twists and turns that were unexpected
the whole book was awesome
worth every penny the mix of john kate and paul were perfect
Very long getting to the really exciting portion.
The most disappointing part was not enought action till the very end.
Yes, Most definitely.
John and Kate were great but the entire story was a little boring.
Other reviews criticized the author saying too many one line wise cracks ( one after the other) I would agree that there are more than usual but the plot was full of surprises and had some twists the made the book fun to listen to.
Scott Brick as usual does a fantastic performance!
The ending leaves you with a few unanswered questions - but I guess that sets things up for another sequel. Overall I would recommend this book to all John Corey fans!
