The series keeps getting better as Jane & Beast come into their own. Already a strong heroine Jane reveals even more strengths and history. It is the best book yet in the Jane Yellowrock series and can be read alone without the background books. But, for maximum enjoyment consider reading the entire series in order to watch Jane's character grow. You will want to anyway, after reading this story.
sounded like a bridge to new story. still, I am hooked on the characters. but if Leo gets any more 2 d I'll quit. he's the pin around which yellow rock revolves yet he is flat as a character. disappointed. but will continue
I can't stop. Audiobooks are the diversion and comfort when I am alone, the excitement I don't have the time for, and scratch for that itch
I am not sure why I enjoyed this as much or more than any of the others, but I felt invested and anxious about the events as the unfolded. I enjoyed it all, and it didn't seem tired or predictable like some series become at this point. Can't wait for the next!
This her best yet. Complete story no soft spots. A complete loss of previous stories wanderings at moments of excitement. The best of all the stories yet. I repeat no soft spots. Read it.
Reading? With 2 kids, 2 dogs, a husband who travels, a full time job and a small side business.... I thought I'd have more luck here.
Although the first couple books had great story lines, this one really answers some of Jane's long asked questions and she finds her roots more in this book than any other. I loved her complicated feelings for Bruiser and Rick, but still such a powerful woman!!! Loved it!
Jane finally comes to terms with her Beast, I've been waiting for this!!!
She has such great voices, wonderful versatility!
YES!!! I loved it more than any other Jane Yellowrock so far!!
The writing is perfect.
The characters are enjoyable, entertaining an intriguing.
The performance is perfect.
Can't say enough. I find myself buying the next book before I finish the current book.
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and the narrator is so wonderful and this and other books. But I enjoyed this book because I was wondering when the rst of the vampires and other supernatural people in New Orleans would discover who she is. I do wish they'd treat Jane better, though. It really does almost break my heart to see the way Beast and everyone else treats her.
