He just cut's through the BS. He really knows the lies people make up to feed their needs.
His no nonsense delivery.
Just being himself.
Yes very much so!
I wish everyone could read this book! If it doesn't stop you from drinking and other drugs. Their is no excuse left. It's your problem and you know it's your fault! Face the music!
I listened to this book a few times before it really sank in. Beck gives practical tools while all the while ridding the judgement associated with the labels others give us and the ideas we have of ourselves. As soon as I learned the truth behind the media pushing alcohol, the truth of the chemistry in our brain and alcohol and it's effect on my body, it was a no brainer.
My brain is powerful and also very gullible! I believed for a long time that my healthiness was due to me killing all the daily germs with many vodkas each night! Now, days into Craig's vitamin regimen, I have a new belief about my health! He even dealt with the insomnia from quitting drinking!
This is a must for anyone who can't see themselves in a program, but knows something has to be done. I'm so glad I found this book and so is my family!
First, let me say that your book alcohol lied to me was a God send for me. It took two different rounds of hypnosis but I have put down my glass and am free from my alcohol addiction. You have saved my life and I will forever be in your debt.
The delivery by the author and the no nonsense approach to stop drinking alcohol.
It resonated with me on so many levels.
If you have considered quitting drinking or have tried and failed in the past. I recommend giving this book a try.
I have never read the print version, but the audio version is awesome. Save my life.
Craig works hard on his craft and you can tell. His story is of Tony Robbins flavor. Had it all, lost it all, regained it all and learned how to combat this bitch, Alcohol.
I really like the hypnosis tracks and his deep English voice.
Kill selling the motherfucking alcohol!
Yeah, he is awesome!
I liked the way the author logically deconstructed the societal view of alcohol. By using a decent argument against alcohol, it made me fully realize and appreciate the damage that I was doing to my body.
I found the explanation of the ego to be the most memorable moment of the book.
I liked his voice. I could have done without the self-promotion.
Most helpful material I've ever used to quit drinking. After reading and taking in his ideas and real life experiences you will begin to see what alcohol really is and how a majority of our society has been fooled to believe it is actual something good. Thank you Craig Beck.
It tells the truth about alcohol and deconstructs your bad habit. I listened to it twice in one week and I loved it. The hypnosis tracks are really helpful.
Thank you Craig!
