I have to say that this book was not as good as all of the reviews said it was. To me it was a real Homer Simpson "Doh" forehead slapper, I shouldn't have wasted my credit on it. The story was your typical train wreck romance novel, no surprising twists, circumstances that could never happen in real life, and of course the happy ending. It was an ok listen, if you like fluffy books that just burn time. The ending is open for this to become a series, but i personally will not be adding it to my must read list.

This book reminded me of "Fifty Shades of Grey" the only difference is that it didn't have that many erotic scenes in it. But it was dam good... I just love these kinds of books.

They Were all my favorite because with out them all playing a role this story wouldn't be a good one... SO ALL WERE MY FAVORITE.

At first I had to get used to her voice because I was used to another narrators voice, but when the story went on she did a wonderful job. She differentiated all of the charactors!

OK, first of all I'm not usually hard on books. But I just have to review this one.
I bought it because: a) nice romantic cover
b) plot with potential
c) 3 to 4 stars
d) I like fun chick lit. (M. Jhonson, S. Manning, M. Harper. S. Kinsella etc).

What I've got was an impossible cliche story, with totally unreal characters,with not only words but sentences repeated throughout the book, and scenes that intended to be funny and only left me with an odd feeling of shame for someone else....Many times I though of not finishing but did it because I wanted to be fair and maybe later on it would get better but it never did.
The narrator is ok, her voice is clear, nice, and almost always does the different voices, The performance itself is not good but then again, she doesn't have a great material to work with.

This is my first download and I got this one because of the price. It is a quick story with a pretty predictable plot, but for the price I would recommend it.

I honestly have to say not really....this story didn't keep me intrigued, but it was intresting enough to keep listening too.

Someone who enjoys straightforward sappy romance. I prefer something a bit funnier. It was pretty formulaic with the over the top gorgeous characters, including (obviously) the wealthy playboy, needing to be tamed by the girl with the heart of gold.

Something by Jennifer Crusie or I may try Sophie Kinsella

Perhaps someone who wasn't quite so breathy and trying to pull off "sultry". I thought I was going to have an asthma attack just listening to it.

Narrator does nice job on characters and has lots of enthusiasm, but this story has "dated" written all over it. I just couldn't keep a straight face while listening to it.

But it does have fun characters and a strong female lead.

Powerful alpha male...reluctant strong female lead....can she chink his well honed armour...does she even want to?

Nice hot scenes, WONDERFUL sexual tension, and lovable characters. The narrator was a bit too breathy for me, but didn't ruin anything.

I will be downloading the rest of the series ASAP!

Absolutely, I listened to all three books in the span of a week and a half!

Great book with tons of heat. I laughed at so many of the funny situations and could imagine the story as a movie I would definitely pay to see!
