Just love Zombie books. Favorites so far by Mark Tufo.
Yes, this is one crazy ride. Hearing the prospective of the zombie side was something I looked forward to. Timothy was a person you wouldn't have wanted to meet in a dark allie before he was a zombie.
The wild rollercoaster ride Timothy gave me. This guy LOVED being a zombie.
His performance makes it sound very believable.
It's great being a zombie!!
I'm with the other one star reviewer from Texas on this one...I'm not sensitive when it comes to movie or book gore and I'm fine with hardcore violence, but there was nothing good or redeeming about Timothy. It was a very interesting, imaginative story, and certainly I think Tufo did a really excellent (and probably accurate to be honest) job of telling a story from the perspective of the zombie. It was really just too incessantly and unrelentingly nasty for me to enjoy (as pointed out by the other reviewer, non-zombie murder, animal abuse, lots of rape, etc.). I also am of the ilk that the fun/appeal of zombie/apocalypse stories is the survival and/or human aspect---if that's you as well, you probably wont enjoy this book.
Yes-just not the sequel to this book.
He did an excellent job.
That the author has a super disgusting mind (I don't mean that as an insult) and it's a good thing he's got writing as an outlet.
As a big Mark Tufo fan, this book was a big let down. The end is the only thing that saved it from less of a rating
Yes, since I loved Zombie Fallout Series, I have to let this one slide.
The man is a great performer, I can't even pinpoint what it is but everything is there. I normally hate humor, but his delivery is great there too.
It just annoyed me.
Mark Tufos Timothy is a fantastically sick story, I couldn't put it down
I love to close my eyes and let Sean Runnette bring the story to life (or death). Seans voice is the perfect paint brush to Mark Tufos canvas. Together they are FANTASTIC.
I don't know if I'm referring to Tufo's mind or my own because i liked the book. It's gross, crass, gag inducing, but so so entertaining.
Wow! Not at all what I was expecting. I have read (listened) to a bunch of zombie books but I never imagined it from this perspective. If you like first person shooter games or POV stuff this one is pretty cool. Tufo gets very dark in here! As usual Runnette keeps you in the thick of things.
Doesn't really compare to traditional zombie stories.
Sean always keeps you wanting to hear what happens next.
Yes i would it was a good book. If you like creepy horror books this is one to listen to. I had to keep listen did not stop in till the book was done keep me interested the hole time
Its a mark tufo book cant go wrong with his books
Sean Runnette is a awesome Narrator i bought a few books from other authors just because sean was the narrate just to see if those books were good as well
You wont be disappointed in this or any of mark tufos books
Mark produces another great book and Sean continues his great narration's. I have read a lot of zombie books and must say this one is very different from the other books. To see it from the eyes of a zombie is not only interesting, but down right disgusting. The tie in to Zombie Fallout was a great twist and now that I am done that series I am missing them. I have moved onto Indian Hill and it is another great Tufo Story.
Keep up the great characters and stories !!!
Yes. It was the perfect combination of grossness, gore, scare, comedy and weirdness. I really enjoyed this ride!
I loved how you don't know what happened or why, or if it were going to end, or if this was a zombie story, a serial killer story, ????? It was just a big old jumbled mess of awesomeness.
Timothy. Well, he was really the only character that was given any type of development or literary attention. He was very well written.
I would, it was so different, hearing the story from the other side. I did enjoy it though.
Once again, his voice helps carry the story
I did neither but i wanted to hear how it ended. I did like the old lady in the nursing home, that did make me smile
