I didn't like this book at all. It just seemed ridiculous to me. Cary Hite and Nicole Small are two of my favorite narrators but I didn't like them in this book. Alot of long pauses occurred during Cary's reading when he and Nicole were reading and/or interacting. I'm still trying to finish the book. The part where Madison gave the detailed description of her vagina was ridiculous. I found myself fast forwarding this book throughout. I wish I could get a refund on the book but of course I can't. Granville's craziness is the only thing that made the book interesting. I have over 120 books and I'd rank this one at the bottom like 118.
Yes, I would listen to If I Can't Have You again because she did not finish out her character story lines. I want to know what happens next.
Not giving the story away, but the two of the always praying together!
The brothers not being mama's boys, standing up for their women!
Drama In This Circle!
This was a very good book. the point of views of characters were interesting.
Chicago - good man
Did not care for ending? Hope we don't have to wait long for sequel.
yes. Audio version brings story to life
they help the listener to better understand the entire book.
The Real Housewives of Houston
the narrators should be the same for the entire series.
the series should be available as a bundle.
They should have the same title with a little variant.
If I cant Have You : Granville Story
If I cant Have You : Madison's story and so on
This book was absolutely amazing it had me at the edge of my seat from chapter to chapter the voice performances were amazing and really captured each character. I am going right now in search of part two.
While I enjoyed the story line, the flow was horrible. Soo many pauses waiting fur the male character's part to speak. But I found Granville's character to be slap stick stupid funny.
This book started out rather interesting until "the bet" came along. I mean, come on, what are we, in grade school??? I listened until the end and was ultimately disappointed. I have no desires to even want to listen to the books to follow...ugh! :
Started my own bookclub in 2007 and have been expanding my book list ever since.
Loved the status and lifestyle they lived. How she mixed in spiritual with sensual. The sexual descriptions was off the chain. Mary B showed her specialties yet again.
