"Lots and lots of waffle"
Essentially The book centres around about three simple concepts.
1) Rich buy assets and poor buy liabilities
2) Sacrifice today in terms of spending and build assets
3) Understand what others don't - I.e. Stocks and take risks to gather returns to re-invest
You really don't need to read the book as the finer points and the real detail are never explained. Who knew a house was a good investment?.......
I can see why people would perceive this book as a bible but it's more of a sign post to what you really need to be looking at.
"This book is life changing."
yes, this book has certainly inspired me.
it got me thinking.
He has a good voice and can't fault his performance.
yes, couldn't stop.
Rich dad is entirely made up. Author was never in business but got rich writing this Garbage.
very inspiring and motivating, and a comparatively short book to listen to. loved it all
It was a great listening and one of the best investments in my financial education I've made.
"Inspiring reading, simple, but powerful tips"
Loved it. I wish I have read this book years ago. I would highly recommend it to everyone over 10-15. Financial education should be obligatory at shools!
A very different way to look at your working career and possible changes to your current views to guide you to the future you want.
"just buy it"
the amount of insight and inspiration you can get from this book for the price it costs is immense. it will get you thinking instantly.
Well presented but not quite Inspiring or thought provoking.
Quite common sense. It's more of a personal development book than a financial investment guide .
It's a good listen. Expected an instructive guide.
Will listen again.
"Good book - low on values"
Some hard hitting basics which put things in perspective. I found that tax evasion legally was discussed at length - which may not be right thinking.
