"Must read for anyone wanting to learn about money"
I absolutely love this book. Robert gained and held my attention throughout. It was easy to grasp ideas and I made lots of action points.
"Horrible human being"
He is friends with "Sir" Philip Green (now most famous for asset stripping BHS and ruining thousands of hard-earned pensions), and his hero is Donald Trump. His entire philosophy is powered by greed and having way more than you really need. He mentions making money from intellectual properties (but only once, and goes into no detail), but all of his get rich schemes involve buying, renting, and selling real estate. That's it, that's his contribution to the human race - charging exorbitant rent and then telling us how good he is at it, whilst slapping himself on the back. Hollow and charmless. There's better books out there on the subject, written with less cliche, condescension, and self-satisfaction, and with more humanity (or spirituality, if that's what you're looking for).
This man deserves no more money. please don't buy his books.
I don't care.
Yeah, anger, sadness, disappointment, and a whole bunch of other negative emotions.
This book is poison to the human race. It only serves to widen the gap between the haves and the have-nots. If you aspire to be like this man, then may God have mercy on our souls.
"Awesome Read. .."
loved this book. Felt it gave more than it cost. great financial start for a starter.
Very good to listen to. would highly recommend if you are interested in making money and building wealth 👍👍👍
"Great book to start you thinking about financial literacy"
The book is easy enough to understand and is an ideal starting point for anyone trying to broaden their financial education. It has opened my eyes to what I am lacking in financial knowledge and possibilities that exist once one gains such knowledge. I've recommended it to my wife too. Definitely a good read. Note however that I don't take everything said in the book word-for-word as holy grail, I instead filter and make sense of what I think is useful and separate it from what I think is just feel-good fluff (which does have its place). Great introduction anyway that had got me thinking of investing in my financial education and buying other books, not necessarily from the same author.
"one of the best books I've read of all time."
one of the best books I've read of all time. simply the ultimate cure foundation for financial success.
I was completly hooked. Absolutely invaulable advice. I would recomment to anyone wanting to change their life or their perspective or circumstances.
I gave this book to my four children, all say they studied it.Only one seems to have acted on the contents,but25 percent is a start.l have just re listened it worked for me, but it needs updating for today's financial environment
"A way of thinking most people do not possess"
Yes, another motivational book, but it also offers a way of thinking that most people do not have. If you just go about your business, working hard and expecting the money you "boldly" put into mutual funds to provide for you - this is a very useful book.
"Repetitive blowing own trumpet"
Not for me but others may take to it. Could be renamed 'Getting rich on the misfortune of others'. Ok. I'll never be rich but I don't mind working and paying my way
