This is a story to go back to, especially when the next book in the series arrives.
If you love romantic novels that has a touch of danger you will love this one
All the women are so funny and loveble I just could not waited to hear what happens next had to laugh so any times its a great listen.
Can't say what my favorite scene was but the monkey is always funny
No, I would always prefer the print version, but I'm legally blink and forced to listen. However, this is a very good audio book - I really like this reader.
Carl the monkey and the cat are always funny.
I have listened to all Janet Evanovich's books and I think she is a great performer - perfect for these books.
I have listen to quite a few Stephanie Plum and I think that it has tanted my opinion of Wicked Business. I was not expecting to have the some of the characters as the ones in a Stephanie Plum story.
Dark Universe by Daniel F. Galouye
I liked the performance very much. She did an excellent job telling the story.
It's pretty much like the first Lizzy and Diesel book. It's a nice piece of fluff. I like that Diesel has his own series but I kind of miss the Holiday Plum books with Diesel. The book is short but enjoyable. Lorelei King was great, as usual.
I have read all of Janet Evanovich's books, whether it's Stephanie or Lizzy as the main character.
I'm just not sure that the narrator was the right voice for the story. I could have just been me, but her delivery of Diesel was lacking.
This book would rank among my top 5 audio books (Come to think of it all my top five audio books are Janet Evanovich.)
Anarchy and her blow torch. She is a riot and I would love to see her in the next book! "Wait what was I saying again?"
When Flo and Lizzie threw enchanted flour on Anarchy and turned her into a statue.
This series has been a laugh out loud detective romance book.
I am now going through Diesel withdrawals. Need more Lizzie and Diesel!I love Lorelei King as a narrator!
It was fair, certainly not great literature, but a nice diversion for a few hours.
Having read the first book in the series, "Wicked Appetite", I knew what I was getting into. It was intended to be a funny bit of fluff, and as such, it was enjoyable.
King's performance was outstanding, as usual, and totally made the book worth listening to.
This is not a moving book at all....but if slapstick humor is your thing, it has some really funny scenes.
I'd only recommend it to fans of the first book, "Wicked Appetite", or fans of the "Stephanie Plumb Between the Numbers" series.
Love to read, knit,cook...love God
Not much really.. Nothing new here...
Not nearly as good as Stephanie Plum
Try writing my own book..
Don't waste your credit on this one...
