This was an amazing story. I usually listen when I'm in the car, and I wanted to keep driving so I didn't have to stop. It is such a twisty, smart book.

Good book. Thanks to Audible for having this in store! I would recommend this to my friends and family!
You feel that you're figuring things out and picking up on some nuances in Part 1... then you get to Part 2. The story completely changes!
the narration of this book was perfect -- told in the first person from two sides, their narration really brought the story to life, and the acting through their voices really brought something else to the characters.
this book will make you laugh (in a perverse way). I didn't cry.. but I could see how someone might!
You love, hate, feel compassion and then terror for the wife, then the husband. Your'e left feeling nothing but dread! What a story.
This author twists the story up, down and sideways. The story pulls you in and plays with your emotions all the way through. Please do yourself a favor and read this book.
very good story had me hooked from the beginning. mid-book twist was right on time and I became more interested. ending sort of petered out and was anti-climatic
kind of lost interest in the last chapter and don't think I missed much
i loved the huge twist in the story mid-book
I have about 30% more to listen to and hope to finish in my car today. I think I know what is going to happen but then almost a third is left. Lots of twist and turns and wondering what else is going to happen!
definitely...especially if they are new to audiobooks.
it will draw them into a great alternative to reading!
It reminded me listening to Jodi Piccoult the way it switched to the two main characters perspectives with two wonderful readers.
Anything I could report would be a spoiler as the story wove the twists and turns of the plot with such precistion.
The readers were surperb!
Conained more psychological depth than others of this genre.
Linda Williams Standridge
very angry people who hate other people and are great believers in revenge
when I realized the heroine was not the nice, sweet girl I had at first thought, but a sociopath
more realistic and more cheerful
all of the above
disappointment that I spent so long a time reading and still being fooled and then the book turned "nuts"
How did we ever get through the day without audiobooks?
I was really wanting to enjoy this book. I was hoping that I would be kept on the edge of my earbuds, craving the next word.
Alas, I was not. While it wasn't a cookie cutter plot, it wasn't unpredictable and I found myself browsing my wish list for my next listen not long into the book.
I figure that says it well enough.
This is the worst book I have read in a long time! So trite and vulgar that it was hard to finish the book. Vocabulary was inundated with profanity of the worst kind. Save your money for a worthwhile novel with some depth.
