The last self help book you'll need if you embrace and use the tools. Excellent presentation of what the tools are with examples of common situations as experienced by the authors' patients, as well as each author's personal experiences. I'll be listening to it again, as well as reading the paperback, then donating the rest of my less useful, somehow incomplete self help books.
This book is amazing! A spiritual spin on psychology. Truly groundbreaking in my opinion! I have read/listened to a lot of material, but this is one of the best I have ever come accross in spiritual pshycology. It has packaged ideas which I have often intuitively felt i should be using through my on spiritual evolution, and made them into practical easy to use tools. This book can be truly life changing for someone who makes using the tools into a daily routine. i highly highly recommend for everyone to read/listen to it! The key is to keep practicing, as the book also states, making this into a routine is the way to change a life for good. In my opinion, anyone who follows will come closer and closer to being an enlightened human being. Thank you for such great material!

Using the Tools has completely shifted my paradigm and allowed me to operate in the world with much more grace, efficiency and efficacy in all of my roles, especially as a father. The work it has done and is doing on my heart's connection to something greater has really multiplied and accelerated what I thought I could do. Get on it.
I can really recommend this one.
There are definitely some usable ideas and 'tools' in this book that can change the way you go through life if you're willing to change. But then again, most books do... if you're willing.
What disturbed me is the religious undertone in this book. The authors claim in multiple parts in this book that it's impossible to use these tools if you don't accept that the universe has some sort of supreme intelligent being behind the controls, or something in that line. I don't have anything against religious people, but I feel audible should clearly mark this book for what it is.
If they had done so, I wouldn't have bought it.
I've got a few relatively complex questions. I'm not sure they, would be welcomed in this setting...
However, how Aware of us are you guys meaning to suggest and depict Higher forces to be of us?
I know notifed that you've somewhat addressed this question in the FAQs...
And I've been helped greatly by my efforts towards applying thankfulness. ... Which
seems to get me pass my preoccupations with it most of the time...
But is it possible to avoid some of the false interpretations presented or does that really matter?
I heard the book twice and every time I learned something new...very good tools if you put them in action to create happy and very satisfy people
