I love Bob Harper. I love Jillian more but I love Bob. His reading was very stiff and there were places where he actually just read a list. A list!? Seriously? There were also references to material "at the end of the book" and there was no PDF or supplemental materials like there were with other nonfiction audible books.
I listened to this while I was running and it was motivational (because it's Bob Freaking Harper) but I would actually recommend this as a print book. You'll need to go back and read some of these lists that he's droning on from.
He had great ideas for losing weight. The presentation was interesting and it was an easy read.
Tell us about yourself I Never want to read a book again. I love love love audible. Now all my children have acc. I drive and listen all day
In rank its hard we all know the rules were a yoyo society where weight loss is concerned. When i get off track this will be a listen an relisten and relisten again in my library.
Its about eating right were all our favorite character in that story
No ive seen and heard him on tv
Yes it was short but so informative I'll listen again
I have this book, but haven't had time to read the actual book. However, I was going on a trip and decided to listen to the audiobook first. I've been into nutrition for quite some time and have lost 100 pounds, so a lot of the information presented was stuff I already knew. Nonetheless, I think it was a great reminder of what I need to do to stay where I am. Overall, I really enjoyed the audiobook and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to lose weight or who has already done it and wants to keep the weight off.
