I've listened to all the boooks in this series up to this one and #11 is the best by far. I did not like the change in narrators though. After listening to 1 person for 10 books they project an idea.
I've enjoyed all the Women's Murder Club books but the narrator was not good. It was hard to listen to and I think it ruined the entire book for me. This was the worse story in the Women's Murder Club and I've listened to them all.
Almost anyone else! Michael Boatman/Scott Sower, Carolyn McCormick.
I enjoy women murder club bools, until you changed the narrator. I read the first 10 and the narrator nailed the characters and the story line! Now working on number 11 it's just disappointing.
It seemed like I missed something and I had to keep checking to see if I had the abridged version... Not my favorite.
Reading allows me to travel through time; to visit the world's unique and stunning places. To become somebody I am not... It is glorious.
Unfortunately I bought books 9, 10, 11 and 12 all on the same day. What a mistake. The truth is the series just keeps getting incrementally worse. Mr Patterson's books can be phenomenal… think Violets Are Blue. The first few of this series were quite good. But the previous four (five?) books aren't well written. I would love to see the writing collaboration stop and the time between novels to lengthen so that Mr Patterson can return to his finest form.
I like these women, but I won't be reading any more after #12.
