The ending was a real let down. The book just stopped without any resolution. It left you wondering about Jada, Ava, and Sunny. The story line also involved the kids so much it should have concluded with them somehow... I would have been good if the book would have given some kind of resolution.
I think she is a good story teller so I would most like try another book. Not sure if I would be interested in getting a part II of a storyline for the fear that it will be another let down.
easy listening, engaging, and understandable.
This is the second book by this author. It kept my interest and my nerves on the edge. I was happy/unhappy with the ending. Mentally I was demanding more. I can't wait for the next book to find out Sunnys future.
Jade was my favorite charter because she didnt dissappoint me. She made me proud
She makes the story come to life, her expressions and voices are awesome, I was never confused on which character was speaking
yes, I cried and found myself laughing out loud.
I do feel this book was incomplete and left me hanging, I feel like im in limbo, waiting for closure.
All the stuff she was going thru
When she killed the dude in the taxi.
The scene where she found love
Yes, it's a sequeal to White Lines which was really a good book
Yes, it's a sequeal to White Lines
The life of an addict
Yes and no, it had a horrible ending.
There will probably be a sequeal, but if you did not read White Lines you would not have known about Sunny's past. It's as if the writer just ran out of words to say or the story line was forgotten. It didn't leave me with any type of closure for Sunny, Jada or any of the other characters.
overcoming obstacles in our lives. disappointed it was like it never finished Jayden & Borns story and stopped in the middle of Sunny's
bad didn't end
all of them. Jayden, Sunny
Was disappointed in Born he should have always stood beside her.
Sunny-- was hoping for better outcome. People can and do change all the time.
finish the story. Left me hanging.
What I liked about this audiobook is the narrator and the way she distinguished between the characters. This book kept my attention all the time. I enjoy books about being a survivor of your circumstances. I would rank this as a 5 star listen.
Yes. I hope she writes a White Lines III as this book did end abruptly and left you hanging.
Yes she does. I really liked the way she can change her voice.
I would take Jada. She appears to be a more interesting character.
I really enjoy Tracy Brown's books. The only problem is her abrupt endings that kind of leave you hanging. Now I am hoping there will be a White Lines III because I want to know what happened to Sunny, did Jada get married, how is her son doing, etc?
White Lines continued with its drama. Although there were a lot of "unfinished" business and hanging story lines it was still a great read! Tracy Brown left her fans yearning for more. She is truly in her element and the White Lines series proves this!! Wonderful and drama packed read...ENJOY!!
VERY GOOD BOOK!
My favorite character was Sunny because she is a true character! She's funny, stylish and straight-forward.
Allyson Johnson has such a beautiful voice. I love when she changes her voice for the different characters and I also enjoy the sound effects she uses.
If I could take any character out to dinner, I would take Malcolm because he was so romantic and charasmatic.
