The Talbot family and zombie battle is still good, no…. great! First, if you have not read the first 3 books, Stop and do that now to really appreciate the relationships between the characters. Sarcastic, sardonic, smelly and even serious at time (as serious as you can be sitting in zombie brains) the journey Mike takes his family to find his siblings is zombietastic. Zombie brains is zombie brains in any book. The characters are colorful with great dialogue and people that you would enjoy knowing.
I didn't give myself this name.
Zombie Fallout is my 1st Zombie audio book, so I can't compare it to any other zombie books.
I was so upset, that I cried. I'm not a big crier but this one and the 1st one got me goin. Especially the 1st one.
The narrator and story are awesome. I couldn't wait to listen to the whole book.
Really enjoying this series. Love zombies, and love the quirky twists. FIller filler filler filler filler....
MArk Tofu is awesome - I love Mike and his entire family - I really hope this series never comes to an end - i love the wittiness and the entire story line - you won't be disappointed!!
Removal of all the Christian messages.
Nope. This was enough of him shoving his religion down my throat.
The narrator did the best he could with the material.
Annoyance. I paid to get Christianity shoved at me without any warning.
Should come with a warning that it's a Christian novel, so I could have avoided it.
Naturalist, firefighter, actor.
I had 2 credits, Audible offers a 3 books for 2 sale. I pick up these books thinking they might do for mindless summer entertainment. Boy was I wrong!
I don't think these books ever saw the services of an editor. They are poorly written with loads of plot problems and really, really bad word choices. In fact, I don't think Mark Tufo knows the definition of many the words he employs.
This book reads as if it were a first or second draft that was sent to a publisher. Somehow these books managed to bypass the editing room and were sent straight to printing. I'm not exaggerating, they really are that bad.
The most amazing thing about these books are the good reviews that are posted about them. Either this series was written by, and for, zombies or somebody is gaming the system.
Spend your credits elsewhere, my friends.
