What a great book, Mr. Clint Hill takes you on a journey of the past. so well done it's as your there with him. you can see how he struggles with the events in Dallas still and it overwhelms him. take a journey back into time and see how events unfold through Mr. Hills eyes
I adored this book!!!! Adored. I especially loved Mr Hill reading at the beginning and end. The narrator is fantastic. I couldn't stop listening. How endearing!
Their relationship and what drove her to do certain things when President Kennedy was shot in the head.
How she handled her children and her husband
Mrs. Kennedy was a wonderful person and I am glad to have found this book to read. Clint Hill is a remarkable man.
No. By some of the reviews I was expecting to feel some emotions, but I was usually distracted by Clint Hill (could've also been known as Barney Fife)...inflated ego.
Please read the reviews entitled "Kennedy Bodyguard~NARCISSISTIC~? by Molly "Wazoo Books" April 6, 2012 and "Just Okay" by Alexandra on January 22, 2013. Like I said, I couldn't have said it better myself. The only thing I'll add is that Clint Hill made me cringe at times. I bet if Jackie knew how he looked at her and what he was really thinking most of the time, she would've been a little creeped out.
I like listening to history stories, but I still have such a fascination with the Kennedys. It was one of the better stories in the history genre.
I enjoy listening to his voice. He is a good narrator.
I am so glad Clint Hill spoke out about his time with the Kennedys. Those of us who were alive during that time, (at least me) were fascinated with them. This book took me right back to that time. I think Mrs. Kennedy was truly a great woman! She is sadly missed.
IT IS MORE facts at first hand Well narrated
It was true illuminating as the working of vip protrction and the commitment of the those providing protection.
