Everything and anything
The out come is obvious before the first chapter ends. The process of the trial is obvious when the women are being interrigated. I probably will not even finish this books the story is slow boring and no suspense involved. The death of the women in prision is forshadowed to be obvious, the treatment is obvious once we know who was killed. the rest is just so far beneath Patterson that it is hard to put into words.
all the french words Her voice is hard to listen to when she is trying to be a man and when she is speaking french.
none so far. I am on chapter 40 or so and so far nothing has perked my interest or given me a reason to continue other than I paid too much for the book.
I am finding the last several books written with other people are getting harder and harder to listen to or to read. The old Patterson seems to be gone and the new one is not nearly as good and does not live up to expections.
This story was just so absurd and so painfully ridiculous, I couldn't stand listening to it! The characters are just as stupid...sooo unrealistic!
I'm giving up on James Patterson...he's a total sell-out.
Only read this book if you want to be frustrated, bored and depressed!
Tell us about yourself!
From start to finish the book stayed on course. Narration was perfect and that made this one enjoyable book. Highly recommended.
the story line was good, loved the narration
I had an idea whom I thought was involved, but never really sure.
Reading has always been my guilty pleasure. I would take stacks of books from the library. Now I listen to Audible.
Excellent narration. The story was good and held my attention. A little brutal at times. I liked it.
I enjoyed this book very much. Several times during the book my heart was racing with the suspense. Reminded me of that movie "Taken".
I love you more than all the words, in all the books, in all the world...
Loved the concept, start and finish! I related because in this life, you are never prepared for the worst case scenario. It ignites thought, suspense, but the constant drawing out of minute details became a bit frustrating. If I read the hard copy, I would have sped through quite a bit. Overall, good read.
Mr.James Patterson your books are amazing. I cant put a book or audio book down because i get hooked.
Patterson is such a delightful person, both as an author and as a man. He is a true master at his craft, and 3/4ths through the book, I thought, wow, this is such a tale of misery - has Patterson completely changed his style? All I can say is, "trust in the master, he won't leave you hanging".
It's difficult to feel any sympathy for characters that are shallow, self-centered and living a lifestyle of obscene wealth and wastefulness. Whatever happened to them was probably well-deserved.
Who cares what happens to obscenely rich witches who are naive (bordering on stupid) and living a wasteful, selfish and obscene life?
Ms. LaVoy always does an excellent job. She just didn't have any good material to work with
None that I could see. I couldn't get past the first hour.
First James Patterson book I didn't like.
