"Another top author selling out his fans for money."
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

I've read the reviews, and some have liked it. I can't imagine why. The "heroine" of this tale is a fool.

Would you ever listen to anything by James Patterson and David Ellis again?

Probably not, although I have a few James Patterson novels to listen to. If David Ellis is the "co-writer" I don't think I can stand to even try them. This is an unreal premise, and nothing about this novel sounds real. If one is French, I wouldn't advise listening to it especially. It's a shame. I've really been a fan of James Patterson in the past, but if he is going to put his name on something like this, I may go the way I have gone with Patricia Cornwall (if that is the correct name). It's been so many years since I have bought one of her books, I'm not sure..

What does January LaVoy bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She is really good. It's a shame her talent was wasted on this.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

    Anger at the sheer stupidity.

    "Guilty PLEASURE!!!"
What made the experience of listening to Guilty Wives the most enjoyable?

I love James Patterson, he can do no wrong. I loved the characters, I loved the intrigue, the mystery. I loved that he wrote it from the fed up women perspective. The women are all successful, seriously flawed women.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Guilty Wives?

Oh, there is no way to answer this with out a huge spoiler. I will only say that there is a moment where the main character discovers some inner strength.

Would you listen to another book narrated by January LaVoy?

    Yes.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I was very intrigued by this book. I did want to continuously listen. I do not recall any laughing or crying.
