KEPT ME UP
Always. Never a dull moment.
Mr. Guidall could read a phone book and get 5 stars. I have listened to quit a few books narrated by Mr. Guidall and I am starting to believe they are written just so he can narrate them. I now search for narrator not author. You sure he isn't ghosting.
Even Bond wouldn't mess with Rapp
Keep them coming
I am a Company Rep in Central Qld. I travel around 60,000klms a year and rely on my Audiobooks to keep me company on my Country Trips!
I could see in the Reviews I read that George Guidall had quite a following & having listened to my first taste of both him & this Author, I would agree!
I have resolved to work my way through all the Mitch Wrapp series.
This is the 2nd book in the Mitch Rapp series & it's AMAZING!!!! I can't get enough of the series & I just want to read more & more of the series! I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy I bought this book! I'm on the 3rd book in the series & can't wait to read all the books. I recommend this book & this series 100000000000%!!
I would say its just as good as all the other books in this series. Did not dissapoint.
Jack Reacher books.
Even though this book takes place in the past its nice to see where Mich comes from.
The naration was fantasic as well. I love it when they have the same person narate an entire series.
I was an early fan of Vince Flynn's American Assassin series, and I enjoyed the development of his characters, particularly Mitch Rapp. But like virtually all writers who enjoy success, particularly in the sic-fi/fantasy and mystery/thriller genres, Mr. Flynn has been tempted to beat this horse beyond death and is turning a great idea into an increasingly average series as it drags on.
I love all his books. They aren't normally what I had read in the past. I had picked up the 1st book years ago...pretty much out of desparation for anything to read while deployed in Iraq with Fleet Hosp in 2003. Have been a fan every since. When ever a book comes out...I pretty much tell my husband I am doing "nothing" today. His response "Oh, another Mitch Rapp book"
the intrique, the travel, that he is a survivor....
I feel like we need a hero and Mitch Rapp fits that
Please feel free to share the best book you've ever listened to... legal analysis, trial advocacy, biographies, self help, psychology, spiritual...
If I'd read these books in middle school I'd have gone to the farm for sure. And made it. Mitch needs help.
Yes, very good read.
Yes, moved fast and never saw lots of the action that came along.
I didn't read the print version, but think I would prefer the audio for the narration. George Guidall does a great job in the Mitch Rapp series and is quite enjoyable to listen to.
The book is similar to others in the Rapp series, and I've yet to become bored with them. If you like David Baldacci action thrillers, you will probably like this set as well.
He pronounces names and places better than I would ever be able to. He also does well at multiple character voices and makes them believable. I've listened to a number of his narrations and enjoyed every one.
Welcome to a terrorist's worst nightmare.
I highly recommend any of Vince Flynn's books. I've read quite a few and enjoyed each one.
