The diversity of the case studies presented in this book tell an informative story. I have heard of a few of them in the past but connecting case studies and forming it into a compelling view is tough. The author did this part well.
There is some great advice in this book and it's well narrated too! I'd like to go back and listen again because there seems to be some contradiction in methods. Resist temptations but don't resists so much that you can't stop thinking about it and binge. Maybe I need to listen again. Overall a very good listen!
Some extremely helpful tips I'll always remember were found in this AMAZING book! It's been a profound supplement to the My Fitness Pal app for weight loss and I've dropped 11 pounds in just a couple months!
This was a research based lecture with great explanations regarding real world applicability. Two thumbs up. I highly recommend it.
