The story was great. I loved how Tracy Brown was very thorough in fully telling each characters story and did not keep you guessing. I liked it's honesty and transparency.
The narrator was okay. She missed the mark on the NY accents. Sounded more like NC accents which kind of took away from the experience. But it was still good.
Loved it! I really didn't think I would enjoy a story that was based around using drugs but I found out it was about a little more than that & really had a great story line, that brought out a lot of emotion in me. I laughed, & cried. I truly loved everything about the book@
The best I've read so far!
This story was gritty but also teaches a great lesson.
Her voice acting is believable.
Great read kept me on my toes!
This book was written so well. It took you into the dark and grimy streets and gave you insight. I fell in love with Bourne and Jada and I'm anxious to see where they end up in part 2. There were twists and turns, happiness, sadness and even anger. White lines is a must read!!
How the author told the truth of how life really is when a parent doesn't put their child first.
I love how Tracy Brown includes characters from her other stories showing how all of the lives are intertwined.
I love her! I can tell the difference between characters and I can tell she is a professional. Yes, I was a little apprehensive when I heard her read the N word but I quickly got used to it because she is a great storyteller.
I really enjoyed this story. It was very well written and extremely detailed. I was able to connect with each character it was like I was apart of the story. The bond of the two main characters is indescribable. Good job Tracy Brown.
