Fun, exciting and thrilling
Dirk Pitt - always professional and in control
When they find the Russian spy diving among the ruins of the downed plane
Yes I would have enjoyed listening all at once
Great book very entertaining
This book will be another classic Cussler book. It has lots of what you usually look for in a Cussler novel. Glad to have it in my collection.
Say something about yourself!
IT'S A NICE COMFORTABLE LISTEN WITH LOTS OF HISTORIC VALUE. I ALWAYS ENJOY CLIVE C.'S BOOKS AND LOVE SCOTT BRICK READING THEM.
can't get enough
The Gate house
He is always fantatic and I go by the narrator a lot which tells me it will be a good listen
I can not think of any of Clusslers novels I did not enjoy.
Hadn't read him in a while. Walked away for awhile when he published so many. Really good thriller. Only modest complaint was that the end was confusing. You had Kurt on the ship, Onyx; Paul and Gamie underwater attacking the Onyx; military airplanes overhead attacking; situation room following. A bit too much going on at one time. Other than that minor issue, it felt good to read him again. And it was a good adventure. Good narrator.
Good Story, Good, familiar characters.
A solid narrator. Unlike some other, less intuitive actors(narrators) SB does a good job of switching characters without over dramatizing the differences. It is not easy for a man to narrate a woman's voice without sounding ridiculous. SB does it well.
Love that Dirk Pitt and Adm. Sandecker make appearances. Miss these two characters from Clive Cussler's books.
Oh yeah, up to the usual high standards of Kurt Austin and Joe Zavala. The only problem I've found is that it is hard to put down.
Very much so
Best reader/narriator I have heard.
I already have! I listen mostly in the car on long trips and this story line has enough intrigue, action to keep you alert and waiting for the next adventure!
Action, intrigue and little romance, whats not to like?
It would make a great film, but I'm not the one to decide a tag line.
I love the action of this book, it never slows and takes you from the earliest part of the story, to present day. You think you know what is going to happen and then the plot twists, again and again.
Scott Brick pulled me into the story so completely, you forget that it is only one person
Cussler's books always make me laugh. The relationship between Kurt Austin and Joe Zavala is witty and amusing. While most of the situations they end up in are
I recommend this to any Cussler or Brick fan, it's a good
