I love books, hard copy and audible. Love meeting new people and building strong relationships. I am confident in one thing. HE IS.
This book was definitely a faith-tester. When times gets tough, so do the decisions we must make. When in doubt, trust God regardless of what it looks like in the natural. That was my take away lesson.
The story had a good message that put a spin on the Adam and Eve bible story. As the book read on, the storyline began to drag on like a worn thin Sunday morning message. #Average
Trying to reclaim my love of reading through the audio form. Lover of all genres, but currently on a fiction and Christianity kick!
There was no climax in this book. Based off of the title you would think that they would take the deal, it was implied, but that was it. There were parts where I completely tuned out because it was just filler. I didn't like the ending of the book. At all. I wanted to like the book, I really did. It was well written and narrated, but there was just a lack of depth and story development. I would have like more details about it from Adams perspective. The final chapter just seemed like it was thrown there. The epilog was weird. Strange actually.
None, she was a good narrator.
I gave this book 3 stars but it could actually be 2.5.
I wish the ending would have been better but all in all it was a good listen.
I would listen to a sequel is one was published. I really liked Adam and his values
