This "hypnosis" session is basically an advertisement for the author's self-help book. In order to get to the actual "meat" of the hypnosis, you have to scroll through all the advertising. This is not what I was looking for.
Yes, but not as a stand alone purchase.
Craig Beck has a very soothing voice and I like his theory about subattraction and connecting to the Universe.
The actual hypnosis track is on 7 minutes and some change. He spends 27 minutes introducing himself and the concepts in the first chapter (the same intro for all of his Subattraction audiobooks) and then you only get 7 minutes of actual hypnotherapy. Good if you need a quick little boost but there should be more in my opinion. I couple this with another of his audiobooks (the Better Sleep) one and I like the combination.
It is most effective for me to listen and have the book in front of me at the same time, it tends to reinforce the content being read.
In the top 80% of my audiobooks.
Beck's description of eight LOA "secrets" for peace and abundance, and an integrated hypnosis session.
Craig Beck himself and his story of evolution from Christian to atheist to today. His search for meaning and purpose is a parallel to many of ours and I appreciated his sharing.
It made me think, smile and review my life in terms of his eight "secrets."
Well worth the 35 minutes of LOA guidance, and the added session is a plus.
This will give you and your friend a new way to think.
chapter 2 will relax you

I enjoyed this speech. I use it daily and am following what Craig suggests.
Craig Beck's soothing voice, the sincere bearing of his soul (testimony). I want to know more.
His sharing his fall from Christian faith to atheism, and being humbled back to Christ. GLORY!
Again, he has a soothing voice. I enjoy his "long-time friend"-type of conversation style.
A little heavy on the Christian cliche's, but since he was so gracious and sincere in sharing, Craig gets a pass. :-)He doesn't "Bible-thump," but invites followers of other faiths to just try it for themselves before being all too ready to discard or debunk his teachings.
Obvious and open contradiction from the beginning. The speaker lays out several rules and has an emphasis on belief in a superior being or God.You have to buy into this for any of the rest of the rules to work for you (maybe). Rules include “You are responsible for everything that happens to you in your life” and almost in the same breath. “God has a plan for you”.It would have been useful to know it was strongly faith based so I could choose not to buy this work of fiction.
Useless unless you believe in God or a God
To deliver what was promised. After a long and rambling lecture that could have been taken from an AA pamphlet then a silly hypno session about regret and gratitude, the listener is left hanging and regretting the purchase. The "meat" would have been the subsequent session on attracting wealth, but he seems to leave that to trying to extract more money from you off his shameless self-focused site. A poor purchase even at $5.
Will remember there are consequences to even what seem to be inconsequential purchases: time spent listening to drivel and money better spent on a latte and book written by a legitimate author.
