He greatly distracted from this excellent book. He lacked the passion of the author & had gross mispronunciations of hundreds of essential words.

The reader/narrator diminished from easy understanding of many critical explanations by his mispronunciations. I was listening & learning from a medical science background.
It makes sense. I've listened to so many books that all claim to have the diet answer and seemed to have a good argument, but Joel makes great sense. It is completely logical and possible to follow his advice.
Since both my parents have had some type of cancer, I decided that I do not want to go down that same road when I get older. I'm convinced that their food choices -both high in processed/packaged foods and similar to the Standard American Diet- contributed, if not caused their cancer. This book made me realize that my food choices will determine my health and that I can be proactive in creating super-immunity.
Since changing my diet, I have lost considerable belly fat without doing a single exercise. I feel healthier, cleaner and motivated to eat less meat and a variety of vegetables. Joel's other book, Eat to Live, is also a fantastic read (listen). Anyone looking to learn more about becoming Vegan should also check out the Documentary called Vegucate.
I'm recommending this book to everyone I know and I think I will be sending copies out for Christmas presents. It's that important.

Although the content of the book was highly informative, the flow of information was regularly disrupted by the narrator's frequent stumbling over words.
I did some independent casual research previously to reading this book, after being struck with an antibiotic-resistant infection after a surgery. This research was confirmed not only by the near-immediate clearing of the infection after implementing dietary changed, but again by Dr. Fuhrman's book.

This book provides you with excellent information on how to change your health. I also love the narrator, who did a great job. I listened to another book by Joel Fuhrman (Eat to Live), which he narrates it personally and his narration was not good. I also liked the automatic access to the PDF for Super Immunity. I recommend this book.
This book describes about how to get immunity against communicable and non communicable diseases like cancer. The best thing I got to know through this book is folic acid differs from folate itself. I've not distinguished them, honestly. Folic acid intake may cause carcinogenesis!Besides, we can acquire some pieces of knowledge very useful.I recommend this book anyone who concerns about nutrition preventing diseases like cancer.
