Truly I think this one is best read with your eyes.
I couldn't get through the 2nd chapter - the narative vocals REALLY got on my nerves.

A better understanding of how the characters were related to each other. The stories, though entertaining individually, felt so disjointed to me.

No. It was a bit flat. Character development was begun on some characters and then abandoned. Definitely skewed more towards Isabella and skipped over a lot of the other characters.

No. It wasn't a bad listen but I'm the same age as the characters and I could barely relate. It was a strange "story" because it never went anywhere.

It just never went anywhere - you follow different girls from a large group of friends over a 10 year period and in the end they all just settle it seems like.

I could see it as a TV series on The CW.

I probably wouldn't listen to anything else by this author.

I was disappointed with how innocuous this story was - it reminded me of a more boring version of a reality TV show following post-graduates in the US. Being 29, I certainly can relate to the progression of all your friends getting married, the early stages of growing a career, going out with your friends and getting drunk, and the oh-so-wrong-for-you guys that girls tend to date, but instead of feeling connected to these characters, I was disgusted with how pathetic they were. I didn't find any of the jokes funny and the author even did a good job of making the characters sound like they were 22-25, It's just that they had nothing worthwhile to say. Now, I don't usually read books like this (or watch these types of chick flick movies) because as you can tell I do not find it entertaining, but a friend told me that the book's characters would remind me of other friends. If I remind someone of any character in this book, I am incredibly embarrassed...

Actually her performance was spot on...it's the book that was terrible.

Disgust, disappointment, couldn't wait to finish the book so I never had to hear the story's conversations again.

Even if you love chick flicks and reality tv following early to mid-20s girls story lines, I still don't think you will like this book or maybe I'm wrong. Someone recommended it to me, so I guess there are a couple people who found it entertaining.

When asked to review book - realized I forgot I listened to it. Kept attention, same old chick book.

This story just failed to impress overall. Another story that simply helped me pass the time on my commute. Just "ehh".

The story seems very disjointed and the characters come across as more than a little self involved...I didn't really care for this book very much.

There really should be some standard by which companyies decide to publish and audio book. This is not worth the price, the time or the space it takes up on my iPad.
Avoid this at all costs.

I kept waiting for this to go somewhere, to get really good. It never did. I was super disappointing.
