Just when you thought the story could not get more exciting - it did!
I truly felt like I was on a long jog - and then was forced to jog further. In fact, this is the first audio book I felt compelled to listen to during my daily workout - could not put it down.
Definitely worth listening to again. The first listen is too full of tension on the listener's end. Want to hear it again and pick up even more threads of this great plot.
Shep: Loyal, dependable, forgiving, brings solutions to the situations - not more problems. Forges ahead despite the many strikes already against him.

Looking forward to more books by this author.
Mr. Brick nailed the character Shep's voice. This was a suspenseful novel, yet I found myself with a tiny grin every time Shep spoke--because he was just so well done.

I enjoyed this book. The story is well conceived and executed and Mr. Hurwitz's writing style is well-honed. I was engrossed in the storyline and the characters from the beginning.
Scott Brick's narration is well-suited to the book. It is masterful.
Looking forward to listening to Hurwitz's
