This book was incredible. A friend of mine who is an entrepreneur shares this with me and I burned through it in one day.
Social is needed, but more than that we have to change our corporate structure for both customers and employees. I've worked in the corporate world for a publicly traded Internet Marketing Agency as it transitioned to a new executive team and changed models completely. The new management needed this book.
I love the lessons the author shares and all of his points resonate with me as I look at the world from an entrepreneurial perspective. I am very grateful to have read this book and will recommend it to others.
He brings e-commerce to life for me by sharing how to bring a human element to succeeding in an electronic age. I will utilize this book tremendously & re listen for notes.

It may be a couple years old, and a few things are a bit dated (stats, etc..,), but this book is chuck full of crazy useful information. A must read if you are currently, or intend to, marked through social media.
If you want to be on the forefront on marketing this is one of the best books for it. The thankyou economy is not a marketing tactic it is the world we currently live in. Tap into it and thrive or be left behind...the choice is yours
