It reminded me of when I was a nanny
Not one character stood out
This book caught a lot of flack when it was released. It's not meant to be read to kids, it's a joke for parents. Taken as such, it's worth a few bucks and a few laughs among adults.
You can really hear the readers flustration which makes the audiobook more believeable. Adult listen in my opinion.
Great way to read great books on the go. Love Sci Fi especially Orson Scott Card and Star Wars.
Funniest children's book ever.
Honestly the introduction was the absolute funniest part of the book.
Ummm...he brings his patented coolness.
Yes, and I have multiple times.
Absolutely hysterical! Believe it or not there is some profanity.
Thank god this was book was CHEAP and only 6 minutes long, didn't think I was going to make 6 minutes. Wish I could get a refund!!!!
The cut down on the amount of horrible language in this audio book.
Anger... that I even wasted my money and time with this selection.
Not that I didn't expect a bad word in the book but felt that was too much of the point was to shock the listener. Samuel Jackson as the narrator caught my interest and heard about the book in the media. Enjoyed hearing Samuel Jackson but the book/story was horrible.
Yes, Mr Jackson's interpretation and palpable frustration enhance the text.
Must read for any frustrated parent looking to laugh at the futility of it all.
Yes. Fall down on the floor funny.
Samuel L. Jackson's narration
Pulp Fiction + a children's story = hilarious
Snakes on a Plane for parents
Studying to be a Mechanical Engineer at Georgia Institute of Technology.
Really fun, unless your easily offended, in which case I say grow up or F--k off because I don't really care for the sorts of opinions that demote this brilliant book because it uses dirty language.
But seriously this is a really good and fun story to listen to.
And the fact that it was narrated Samuel L Jackson made it all the more richer.
