Our entire family (7, 12, 16, 45 years old ) enjoyed this latest saga of the Kaine family. Well written, suspenseful, often laugh out loud funny. The two narrators handle many, many voices with aplomb. Highly recommended.
I enjoy all of Rick Riordan books and this one was no exception.
The female narrator was a bit annoying, her voice a little shrilly (if that's even a word) she was the more dramatic of the two, which I loved and hated. I appreciated the love of the two siblings. I would love for Carter to have a cleansing moment with the grandparents. I can't wait for book 3!
This was the best book ever, I feel
t that I could feel what they were feeling and I could relate to them in many other ways. Thank you Rick Riordan for an amazing nook, I hope you continue to create amazing books.
Absolutely. I love the switching narrators. It added a lot more depth and personality to the two main characters.
This story is a perfect audio book. It has both the 2 main characters narrate the story as if they were recording it. Fun story and creative with the Egyptian culture.
