"Getting better"
The overall story has gotten better, but Jack is becoming more reliant on his wife which isn't realistic since he was able to do so much with so little in the first few books. I don't know why it also takes Jack so long to see that the alliance is just as bad as the syndicate.
"I can't wait to get the next book!"
Geary is awesome. why can't space games be more like this. Maybe one day we can venture into the depths of space. I wish that for great grandchildren.
"Not what i expected."
Didnt expect this book to be about aliens and space. IF u like that that stuff maybe ul enjoy this book but i cant stand such stuff.
"Great job!"
I Loved this book, and lost fleet series is still going strong. there are a few surprises in the story line. also some good battles. it was kinda slow to start how ever, and the ending was a bit of a cliff hanger.
"Another great Blackjack Geary adventure"
Loved it. The adventure continues into Enigma space. Can't wait to hear the next book.
"ONE OF BEST SCI/FI. LOVE EVERY BOOK IN THE SAGA."
Admiral John "Black Jack" Geary is still going strong. With his rise in power he get many more enemies. His own government fears him and some of the senators in the council is trying to get rid of him. It's sad but true
"great book"
love the story line. never thought id like scifi so much. have really enjoyed goinging through the series so far
"Great story"
I love this series must listen to the first book before you listen to the series or none of it will make sense. Google lost Fleet and you can find the first there is like 14 books total
"Lost Fleet and Beyond the Frontier"
I rarely review books, much less series. However, I can compare this, safely, with series like R.A. Salvatore's Legacy of the Drow, (basically all the books with Drizzt Do'Urden in them,) and say that they hook you in, and keep you reading, and waiting on the next book. I love the little narrative at the beginning of every book by the author. He gets you to think about things, and to remember, while reading, or listening. I would recommend this to anyone who may enjoy science fiction that has basis in science fact. As well as anyone else who likes a good space saga, or even well written space fights between ships.
