A librarian in a small Alabama town on a great big lake.
I don't know what I expected, but this book was excellent. I loved the story and the characters. What a surprise.
Different, insightful, creative
Loved this book. The story was different than anything I'd read previously and i thoroughly enjoyed it. Planning on getting more by Linda Francis Lee. Learned a lot about publishing as well which was a bonus!
The angle taken by the author to impart how important integrity and moral values are.
The love of Emily with everyone in her life.
When the old man let Sandy live in Einstein
I don,t usually write reviews but I so enjoyed this book I had to write this time.
I recommend this book highly to anyone who has had a loss in their life. It is the perfect book about love, betrayal, hope, and closure. It keeps you guessing all the way through to the end. It will completely touch you heart.
I always think of city life as cold and cheerless, but this story was sweet. The narration was comfortable and enjoyable. This was the perfect book to enjoy while fighting a bad cold.
part time gourmet, full time nerd
The performance was decent, but there were several times when the reader didn't like the way she delivered the line and read it again. Clearly there was no editing done, or not enough and it really threw me off the story. *Attempting to not leak spoilers* The antagonist was so frustrating, I really hoped he wouldn't find redemption.
Love to read. So much in fact that I've become a writer. I have fifteen published Christian romances.
In her story Linda Francis Lee has taken fiction to an entirely different realm. I look forward to reading more.
I absolutely LOVED this book. Charming, delightful---and most definitely not my usual genre. But because it was a Daily Deal, I checked out the storyline and reviews and thought, what the heck. I'm so glad I did! I will definitely be recommending this one to my friends and looking at this author's other books.
