Ms Amato is quite an extraordinary voice actor. Her rendition of Dara was every woman's dream. And any woman would be lucky to ever find a guy that would go to that much trouble to show his love. This lovely story has so much passion and laugh out loud humor - it will hold you till the very end. Oh and the passion!!! I highly recommend you enjoy this romance novel!

Great book! You will enjoy this specially if you hear the first book it makes sense to hear the first one
So glad I did not judge this book by the reviews. I enjoyed the second book as much as the first one. Now on to the third installment.
I absolutely LOVED this book. Wonderful character development, amazing story, and a heart warming love story. DO NOT miss getting this book.
Lady Jeannette is really annoying but in the end you grow to like her..maybe...a little bit...but i love Darragh...but its a good idea to listen to this one before listening to book 3
I loved the way Jeanette and Darragh sparred with each other in their game of wills.
When Jeanette drew a less than flattering picture of Darragh.
The way she could differentiate each of the voices. I love her English accent.
Does she or doesn't she? Only her husband knows for sure.
This is a great adaptation of the classic Shakespeare play Taming of the Shrew. It has humor, sensitivity, and romance…all the best ingredients for a romance. The narrator does a good job with the Irish lilt, her voice is soothing and easy to listen to. I’ve listened to the whole series and will again and again.
Can't hear you....I'm reading!!
I didn't want to read this book because Jeanette was a spoiled rotten little girl. She does not deserve someone so good. But I had to because it's part of a series and I am OCD in doing things in order. I don't agree with some of the reviewers saying Darragh abused her by making her work, she deserved to learn how to be grateful. I am hoping the third book is better.
Money isn't everything
Darragh and Jeannette's caught in their compromising situation' when Darragh discovered that Jeannette was not a virgin. How Darragh send Jeannette's maid to visit her family and surprised Jeannette at the castle. I also loved it when Jeannette fell in the mud!
Earl Darragh, what an Earl! I loved him. I think I loved him more than Adrian and Kit.
A man with so much but yet so humble and caring.
I have read the other 2 books and although I loved O'Brien a lot in this book, I think my choice order is: Husband Trap, Marriage Trap, Wife Trap. I did laugh quite a bit when O'Brien teaches Jeannette his varous lessons and it did have an impact on her because she was not as annoying in Marriage Trap, she was a little more human. I commented to myself that Bianca's character narration was starting to run-together because she made Toddy sound like Darragh. I wished the ending of this book could have been a little steamier. I wanted Jeannette to get pregnant in this book but because I read Marriage Trap already I knew she had children. I loved the whole story of O'Brien deceiving her about his status, she deserved a little come-down. Overall, I enjoyed the book, great work ladies!!
Now that I have read all 3 books, my favorite characters order are: Violet, Darragh, Adrian, Kit, Liza and Jeannette. I love the author and narrator's work. I look forward to reading more of their works.
