I will certainly miss reading more about Dimitri and Rose. I hope the author continues the series. I love the characters. Book five and Six have been my favorites. I loved the sound system behind the spirit dreams. It was way cool!
RESOLUTION. I can't stand it when my hero and heroine are kept apart. I was happy when Christian and Lissa came together as well. I love Lissa's new found strength. Sometimes she appeared whiny to me. She showed strength in these last books.
I still feel bad for poor Adrian...I would like to see him find happiness.
I loved the music between chapters and the spirit visions sounding like they were in a tunnel. At first I didn't like the change and then everything clicked with me. I loved hearing the strong accents as well.
Strong intense main characters that leave you breathless and wanting more. True love that prevails.
More please Rachel Mead!!
Never trust anyone who doesn't enjoy reading.
EVERYTHING! It ended the series perfectly!
Everything about Demetri and Rose is a memorable moment.
The hotel scene where Demetri and Rose finally professed their undying love and got back together.

Well done YM series. Strength of plot, writing, topic and characters very good. Adults will like as well. Writing, style, plot, characterization, and flow very good. Entertaining. Easy to listen to. Made me want to hear the sequel(s). Strong and realistic female lead. Will appeal to young listeners. Some romance and quite a bit of adventure. Interesting creation of a reasonable and moderate, moral vampire world, in high contrast to the horror movie genre. I felt drawn into this world of academics, adventure and alternate beings. Recommend this book and this series. I have listened to them all and found the entire stream worth the listen.
I have read and listened to this entire series....I consider it one of my most favorite (among them HP, Twilight and Hunger Games). This series has just enough action, mystery and romance. I have also started the spin off series Bloodlines. I didn't care for the narration of the first few books in this series but they were still great. Emily Shaffer was wonderful!!!!
I really have loved the whole series of characters in these books! I found that each character has something to love and to endear him or her to you!
My biggest complaint is that the series is read by 3 different narrators, who do try to read it similarly - like Adrien has his British type accent in all the books, etc but I still would like the same Narrator throughout!
Great and fun storyline!
I love the interaction btwn Dimitri, Rose and Adrian. But was left wondering what happened to certain characters at the end.
I've read these books in the past as they were published, but I loved listening to them again. It gave me a different outlook. I picked up on things I'd missed the first time. Richelle Mead created a very captivating Series.
I really liked Emily Shaffer. Though, I think the voices of Christian and Adrian are super annoying. Lissa's voice is borderline for me. I do love Dimitri's voice!! Overall she does a wonderful job. The best out of all the others. Emily puts enough emotion into her performance to hold your attention. Her pronunciation of the names are great. Her Russian accent is good. I really enjoyed her overall.
I'm not a fan of the background music. It's not as bad in this book as it was the Spirit Bound, but at times it seems louder than the narrator.
It's worth the money. I'm really enjoyed the time I spent listening!
This is a great series. I have read the first few books but i will be getting them to listen to. Soo great.
I love this book and actually love the whole series but I have to say the narrator is simply no good, she doesn’t have the right expression in her voice to properly narrate these amazing characters and makes all the females sound whinny and the accents are too thick for the way the characters have been described, buy the kindle version or the hardback and read it on your own.
I am sadden to see this series come to an end...however, I was glad to see this book come to an end. I greatly enjoyed the previous books and the majority of this one but found less romance and passion that I had hoped for. The entire story seemed to drag and dig deeper and deeper into nothing. I found myslef tuning out a little.
The only other comment I have is that I wish I had read this book and not listended to it. The reader was okay but was not consistant with accents for Adrian and Dimitri. In addition, these accents were not at all how I had imaged them to sound when I read the previous books. Her accents were a little weird. Sorry reader.
