While this book is an interesting read, it's quite basic - and probably too broad. however if you like reading about personal anecdotes involving self improvement this might be the book for you. if you're taking self-improvement seriously it would be a good book to get started with that introduces you to a very wide range of Concepts. everything from building muscle, eating properly, mental hygiene, sleep hygiene, sex, confidence, and his theory's about the female orgasam. a decent amount of its musings are generally pseudoscience - however they are quite interesting and occasionally funny.
overall, if you are a young man trying to focus on your partners pleasure, this might be a good read for you.
I liked the simplicity of the solutions proposed, the new information on health and fitness plus the real life stories which make the book credible and the results seem achievable.
I would recommend it to anyone looking to shed fat or to improve their health and well being.
This is one of the best audio books I have listened to. Tim's "down to earth" approach and humourus details of his voyage to attain the data for his book keep the listener attentive and amused. Can't wait to hear more from Tim Ferris, You Rock.
it's nice as a first guide but in my opinion it's better to have the text, because Tim talks about much sadistics and data, and also exercise examplos wich you miss in the audio version
What a chore. Maybe this book is better in written form, hearing" egcg", "phca", etc,.. over and over again without just telling us plainly and clearly what to do. This was so frustrating!
The PDF doesn't have anything on the exercises either, really? WTH?
I can't recommend this book to anyone who doesn't have the patience of a saint. It's torture.
Not a typical self help book. I thought it was very entertaining, funny, and enlightening. Tim Ferriss is very good at looking deeper at why things work with very unconventional methods. I would highly recommend this book for anyone that wants maximum output with minimum input.
What's the point of buying an audiobook when it leaves out a significant portion of the actual book? I should've read the description of this book before purchasing it. I have subsequently returned it because there was way too much missing. In my opinion, this audiobook is a complete waste of money. Stick with the Kindle or physical version only.
Other than the fact that this book is way too abridged, Zach McLarty did a great job narrating it.
I am planning a new reality. An life that I control. Thank you Tim.
